Need for Speed Porsche 2000, desarrollado por Electronic Arts fue lanzado en el año 2000. En este juego tendremos a disposición diversos vehículos de la marca Porsche, desde la era clásica hasta la era moderna, brindándonos así un recorrido histórico de la marca, pues empezaremos conduciendo vehículos de la era clásica y a medida que competimos y ganamos carreras y dinero, podremos adquirir nuevos vehículos de años posteriores y así iremos avanzando hasta la era moderna.

Need for Speed Porsche 2000, developed by Electronic Arts, was launched in 2000. In this game we will have at our disposal several vehicles of the Porsche brand, from the classic era to the modern era, giving us a historical tour of the brand, because we will start driving vehicles of the classic era and as we compete and win races and money, we can acquire new vehicles of later years and thus we will advance to the modern era.

El juego cuenta con distintas modalidades, Single Player, Multiplayer, Factory Driver, en el que nos convertiremos en un piloto de pruebas y tendremos que superar distintos retos de conducción y finalmente la modo Evolution en donde empezaremos nuestro recorrido cronológico compitiendo con vehículos de distintas eras y en donde además podremos mejorar nuestros vehículos sustituyendo e implementando piezas que proporcionan mayor rendimiento al vehículo

The game has different modes, Single Player, Multiplayer, Factory Driver, in which we will become a test driver and we will have to overcome different driving challenges and finally the Evolution mode where we will start our chronological journey competing with vehicles of different eras and where we can also improve our vehicles by replacing and implementing parts that provide better performance to the vehicle.

La jugabilidad a mi parecer es increíble, se disfruta con o sin volante, los gráficos son bastante avanzados para la época y dispones de diferentes cámaras que te permiten jugar como mejor te parezca. El audio es bastante bueno, puedes oír el sonido ambiente, el rechinar de las llantas, el motor de los vehículos que llevas a tu alrededor, el claxon de otros vehículos que no están compitiendo, el ruido al pasar sobre caminos de tierra y grava. Yo puntuaría a este juego aun 21 años después de haber sido lanzado con 9 puntos de 10.

The gameplay in my opinion is incredible, you can enjoy it with or without a steering wheel, the graphics are quite advanced for the time and you have different cameras that allow you to play as you see fit. The audio is pretty good, you can hear the ambient sound, the squealing of the tires, the engine of the vehicles around you, the horn of other vehicles that are not competing, the noise when passing on dirt and gravel roads. I would rate this game even 21 years after it was released with 9 points out of 10.

Además de esto también existe una sección llamada Porsche Chronicles, que es como una especie de museo de Porsche, en donde podremos aprender y consultar información sobre la historia de la marca.

Bueno, sin más, les dejo mi gameplay de este gran juego, se trata de una carrera rápida para la que elegí un vehículo 911 Turbo 3.6 Coupé. y decidí jugar con la transmisión manual. Quedé en el 3er lugar pues creí que había conseguido el 1er lugar, y cuando me di cuenta que iba en 3er lugar y empecé a manejar de manera más agresiva ya era demasiado tarde, espero les guste.
