What's up #Hivegamers it's good to share with you again one more adventure of Horizon Zero Dawn. Having already finished the main plot of the game, I decided to start the part of the DLC that is known as The Frozen Wild. This DLC can be started even long before reaching Meridian, but do not consider it wise to do so because the suggested level is 34, and from what I read the machines and missions are the most demanding, so I wanted to go with the best level and with the best weapons.

Ya habiendo terminado la trama principal del juego, decidí iniciar la parte del DLC que se conoce como The Frozen Wild. Este DLC es posible iniciarlo incluso mucho antes de llegar a Meridian, pero no considere prudente hacerlo porque el nivel sugerido es de 34, y según leí las maquinas y misiones son las mas exigentes, así que deseaba ir con el mejor nivel y con las mejores armas.
In one of the side quests at the beginning of the game you find a small cave in the mother area, it turns out to be an easily accessible bunker, it is only necessary to descend and advance until you find facilities of the ancients.
En una de las side quest del inicio del juego encuentras una pequeña cueva en la zona de madre, resulta ser un bunker de fácil acceso, solo es necesario descender y avanzar hasta encontrar instalaciones de los antiguos.
In these facilities is sheltered what is undoubtedly the best armor in the game, it is called Shield-Weaver. You cannot obtain it from the beginning, you must advance in the main plot, until the penultimate mission to collect the last energy cell necessary to power the system that releases the armor, for that reason leave the DLC last. The armor is simply great, it gives like a kind of magnetic force field, which protects you until exhausted by the impacts you receive, after that Aloy's health is affected.

La armadura es sencillamente genial, da como una especie de campo de fuerza magnético, que te protege hasta agotarse por los impactos que recibas, luego de eso se ve afectada la salud de Aloy.

As it is in the northern part of the map, the entire landscape is covered in snow and mountains, and the whole way is a constant climb. Ya con la armadura, y con las mejores armas que hasta ahora podía encontrar, emprendí el viaje hacia the Frozen Wild. Como se encuentra en la parte norte del mapa, todo el paisaje esta cubierto de nieve y montañas, y todo el camino es una constante subida. Cuando empecé a subir, me llamo la atención que al inicio del camino encuentras muchos suministros, lo que te da un indicio que no será sencillo.

Debo resaltar que los paisajes esta super geniales a pesar que son pura montaña y nieve. Lo primero que veo a la distancia en una especie de volcán gigante con relámpagos, de inmediato pensé que toda la trama de esta área se centraría en lo que allí ocurre.

In this town they were performing a ritual honoring their fallen warriors in their fight against what they call Evil, which they say is the cause that the machines have this corruption and are against them.
Continúe el viaje y encontré el primer asentamiento de la gente que vive en estas tierras, una tribu que se conoce como los Banuk, todos parecen ser guerreros, y no cabe duda cuando su lema es: los enemigos no son personas, ¡son presas! En este pueblo estaban realizando un ritual honrando a sus guerreros caídos en su lucha contra lo que ellos llaman Maligno, que dicen es el causante que las maquinas tengan esa corrupción y estén en contra de ellos.

With the discovery of this new machine, I also discovered a tower that emits a kind of electromagnetic pulse, which corrupts the machines and also affects all electrical devices, such as the magnetic force field of Aloy's suit, so in order to fight this machine, it was necessary to deactivate the tower and recover the protection of the suit.
