Yes. When you setup the Ledger Nano, you are given a seed phrase to backup. With that seed phrase, you will be able to regenerate the same keys on a new device.
Test things out first to be sure it works with your setup. I am currently trying to get a screencast of using the Ledger Nano S with a wallet so I can submit it with a guide to Ledger Live.
