Looking for a developer for #posh

Hey everyone! I'm looking for a developer for Hive and Twitter related inquiries. As I'm not a dev myself I'll be trying to write down what exactly it is I'd need as detailed as I can from my PoV and hopefully that'll be enough to find someone able to do it.

If you're a dev that happens to be reading this but won't be able to contribute but can help my coding language along to track down the right dev easier, feel free to comment about the task in your lingo. :D

The idea originates from this post about evolving #posh into a token which right now would just exist as a centralized point system. For funding I'll be either attempting to collect some donations from the community as this is a community-wide project that no one directly benefits from without engaging in it, or there will be posts with daily statistics about the distribution that will go to the developer over time until a certain quota is filled, or I'll be looking to make a DHF proposal that would include a daily HBD amount to buy #posh tokens and burn them along with some starting funds for the dev. Discussions about pay can be talked in private if necessary.

The Twitter side of things

The bot would need to fetch data from users that are sharing their links onto twitter with certain tags as requirements such as #hive & #posh.

It would count likes, retweets and comments.

Daily it would have a certain amount of tokens it would hand out to all tweets over 24 hours old. This amount of tokens should be adjustable on a weekly basis depending on the amount of unique users engaging in #posh. These tokens are as mentioned just points for now until we decide to either create a hive-engine token or await SMT's for an airdrop.

The Hive side of things

Connecting accounts with their Twitter handles and saving the info. Users will also be able to earn #posh tokens by sharing hive.blog or peakd.com links of other users thus knowing who's twitter belongs to who's hive account is important.

A blacklist would be needed for users that fake their Twitter engagement or turn out to have plagiarised or attempted identity theft on Hive.

Amount of comments on Hive and reblogs would also count for a share of #posh tokens, but here is where things could get a little complicated. We'd only count comments of users who have at one point receive ENGAGE tokens and hold at least 1 token in their Hive-engine wallet. This is to not count bots or spam comments towards it.

A post to be posted daily automatically with some statistics such as "top x daily #posh'ers" and "top x total #posh tokens earned". This one is still a bit unsure until we decide how to fund this.

From the first post I've changed it around a bit and think this is the simplest way we could get the distribution started and get the initiative going. Would be great if the dev in question interested to work on this would be open to evolving it over time as more ideas or improvements come to life while we of course compensate you for your time and skill.
