Carmen arrives home tired of so much walking in that hypermarket, everything was a problem now that she was 50 years old, without responsibilities and with a divorce behind her, she realizes how lonely she feels now that her children have left, to realize their lives as one day she had done. What was her purpose now?

There were no problems when she was 20 and she had her whole life ahead of her, a lot of dreams to fulfill and a lover who seemed to be perfect, but as the years go by the physical deterioration begins to show and everything is over, everything is ephemeral, everything is vanity and with those thoughts she tries to park her car as she has methodically done for the last 20 years of her life.

Her home, that concrete house that she had managed to build to her liking in his 30 years, now looked lonely and with a lot of memories in every corner. She doesn't even realize it, but a car is just pulling out of the neighbor's parking lot and all she can hear is the deafening sound of a crash. Startled she jumps out of her car, then realizes it was her fault and hurries to turn off the player where Whitney Houston sings incessantly How Will I know?

Then she looks at the back of his car and observes that the damage may not be what he expected, it was just a scare, so he looks at the vehicle he crashed into. Why didn't he know the car leaving the neighbor's house? When she gets to where the other car is parked, she lowers her skirt a little and without realizing it, it has gone up a few centimeters. Then there was the most virile male figure her eyes had ever seen, he had the clearest eyes and from his hair came out wide flashes that contrasted with the sunlight.

— Hi, excuse me, I was a little distracted and didn't see you coming. Backing up has always cost me! Has the car been badly damaged? —. Carmen asked with the slyest smile she could muster.

— No problem! In fact, I was a bit distracted too...

Then Carmen manages to understand that she was talking to a woman, she feels so silly that she blushes and feels unable to articulate words, silence takes over that conversation until a slight grunt makes her come to her senses.

— Hola, discúlpame estaba un poco distraída y no te he visto venir. ¡El retroceso siempre me ha costado! ¿Se ha hecho mucho daño el auto? —.

— Well, it wasn't that bad, it was more of a bother to come to see Jorge —. And she gestures with her hand towards the house of her homosexual neighbor, the one Carmen loved so much.

— I'm sorry, I thought you were a man, I'm a fool who never finds out anything...

— It happens, you don't have to apologize —.She said with an inquisitive look that made Carmen even more nervous.

Without any reason Carmen was starting to walk away when she felt the touch of a hand on hers, an electric sensation ran through her body and when she could recover she couldn't even explain what was happening to her.

— Is something wrong? are you all right? My name is Alba, I'm Jorge's best friend...

— It's all right! Excuse me, would you like to come in for a coffee? —. That proposal surprised Carmen more than the charming Alba. Carmen didn't know what was happening to her, but she couldn't take her eyes off that woman.

Soon they were enjoying a good coffee, the scare of an accident had not ended so badly, after all Carmen would discover that the only thing totally true is that someday we will all die, everything else is refutable and with that thought she says goodbye to her new friend or maybe it would be something else? Even she didn't know the answer, but as long as we are alive we will never stop discovering ourselves.

— ¿Pasa algo?

— ¡No pasa nada!
