After reading this article: Comprehensive guide for new players to Splinterlands || Ep. #13 || Splinterlands, I decided to try out splinterlands.
And I want to document my progress in this game so I am posting this.
After using my Hive credentials, I was routed over to the Welcome page and it says Play Now immediately! Woah! I was looking at the graphics and I felt like a gamer!
Note: I am not a gamer, I only played Candy Crush before. I am currently just exploring the world of crypto games. There's one other game that I am playing but the battles are not yet available. As per its roadmap, it will be released in the 4th quarter this year.
So, looking at the icons on the top right hand, it shows all zero which basically means I am a novice. I gave the other icons on the top left side a glimpse and I was reviewing what I learned from the tutorial I just read. I admit, I was confused and I need more time to familiarize these icons for sure and what they stand for.
I checked FAQ first and then went to the Battle option.
There's a season counter and I wonder what that is. There's even a tab for guild! I am overwhelmed for sure!
I clicked Open and it showed an interesting page which I am not sure what. I suppose this will hold my card?
I then checked the Market and found many cards up for grab! There are super expensive ones. That Prince Julian looking like Boss Baby with a crown and scepter!
I went back to the Battle page this time and pressed the Learn button. Here show all the things needed in order to start playing. I was reading halfway through and I felt my eyes were dropping. I have to digest all of this information and I also need sleep.
So, I went back to bed and sleep. I will read the information tomorrow instead.
