Hola comunidad!! Conservar y cuidar el ambiente es una de las cosas que nos enseñan desde niños, y cuidar del medio ambiente es cuidar de la naturaleza. Desde pequeños nos hacen tener conciencia de la importancia de esta para nuestro bienestar y mejor calidad de vida, por lo que nos fomentan distintas maneras de ayudar. Sin embargo, a medida que vamos creciendo, algunas personas van dejando a un lado esa motivación por conservar la naturaleza, o son poco conscientes del daño que le hacen a ésta con ciertas actividades, sin saber las consecuencias para ellos mismos y las generaciones futuras.
Hello community! Conserving and taking care of the environment is one of the things we are taught since we are children, and taking care of the environment is taking care of nature. From an early age we are made aware of the importance of nature for our well-being and better quality of life, so we are encouraged to help in different ways. However, as we grow up, some people put aside that motivation to conserve nature, or are unaware of the damage they do to it with certain activities, without knowing the consequences for themselves and future generations.
Debemos aprender a tener sentido de pertenencia, aprender a cuidar lo que tenemos, a amar a La Madre Tierra que nos ha acogido y nos ofrece tanto, desde recursos hasta maravillosa vistas, conectar con ella eleva nuestra energía y nos llena.
We must learn to have a sense of belonging, learn to take care of what we have, to love Mother Earth that has welcomed us and offers us so much, from resources to wonderful views, connecting with her elevates our energy and fills us.
En mi caso, siempre he sido consiente del valor de la naturaleza, por eso, desde pequeña he puesto mi granito de arena. En la actualidad, una de las acciones que más practico es la del reciclaje. Por ejemplo, todos mis apuntes y resúmenes de la universidad son hechos en hoja recicladas, reciclando botellas de plástico he logrado obtener adornos para fiesta e incluso embellecer un matero, además, he compartido en mi blog otras maneras de reciclar botellas de vidrio y plástico para decorar nuestra casa. Así mismo, he compartido tutoriales de artículos que podemos reciclar, restaurar y reutilizar.
In my case, I have always been aware of the value of nature, so since I was a child I have done my bit. Currently, one of the actions I practice the most is recycling. For example, all my university notes and summaries are made in recycled paper, recycling plastic bottles I have managed to obtain party decorations and even embellish a flowerpot, besides, I have shared in my blog other ways to recycle glass and plastic bottles to decorate our house. I have also shared tutorials of items that we can recycle, restore and reuse.
Otro de mis aportes es que, junto a mi familia, nos hemos encargado de sembrar en varios rincones de la casa esta preciosa planta Sansevieria (una de las plantas recomendadas por la NASA), conocida como lengua de suegra o espada de San Jorge, que además de ser hermosa, purifica el aire.
Además de eso, últimamente al comprar cosméticos me he asegurado que los productos que compre estén libres de crueldad animal.
Another of my contributions is that, together with my family, we have taken care of planting in various corners of the house this beautiful Sansevieria plant (one of the plants recommended by NASA), known as mother-in-law's tongue or St. George's sword, which besides being beautiful, purifies the air.
In addition to that, lately when buying cosmetics I have been making sure that the products I buy are animal cruelty free.
Por otra parte, en mi comunidad conocemos el valor de la naturaleza, así que desde inicios de la cuarentena, es decir, desde abril del año 2020 hemos sembrado un jardín con hermosas plantas. Día a día nos aseguramos de que se mantenga cuidado. Poco a poco ha ido creciendo, las flores se van esparciendo por su cuenta, a tal punto de ocupar casi toda la acera de la calle, ¡maravillas de la naturaleza!
On the other hand, in my community we know the value of nature, so since the beginning of the quarantine, that is, since April 2020, we have planted a garden with beautiful plants. Day by day we make sure that it is kept well cared for. Little by little it has been growing, the flowers are spreading on their own, to the point of occupying almost the entire sidewalk of the street, wonders of nature!
Cada pequeña acción que tengamos es valiosa para nuestra naturaleza. Comprender la importancia de ella es fundamental para poder difundir y concientizar a muchas más personas, logrando que se sumen y cada día a dar lo mejor de sí para cuidar la naturaleza, gozar de sus maravillas y evitar consecuencias por el calentamiento global.
¡Vivamos en un planeta verde, en un planeta sano!
Every little action we take is valuable for our nature. Understanding the importance of it is essential to spread and raise awareness to many more people, getting them to join and every day to give the best of themselves to take care of nature, enjoy its wonders and avoid consequences of global warming.
Let's live in a green planet, in a healthy planet!
