Cada despertar Recibimos esa maravillosa entrada de Luz, fresca y placentera para iniciar el día.Esa que nos despierta y nos da el aliento para agradecer.
Das un salto de la cama y corres a Ducharte, vestirte y cocinar para desayunar...O eres de los que se va poco a poco por la casa, dejando un poquito de sueño en cada rincón, como pensando si Verdaderamente es el tiempo apropiado para arrancar con este nuevo día?
Al comenzar a ilbanar mis palabras y pensamientos para este post de hoy, he recordado de inmediato a un Ser muy especial para mi, Él cuál misteriosamente un día nos confiesa que cuando se levanta, tarda aproximadamente una hora sin emitir ninguna palabra, que eso es parte de su rutina al levantarse.....De inmediato lo relaciono con Mi padre, el al levantarse comienza a hablar sin parar, pareciera que es una necesidad inmediata de comunicarse en su nuevo despertar, de avisar o tocar cada corazón a ver si no a perdido el cariño y la atención de alguno.
Yo! De mis Formaciones en crecimiento personal aprendí que al sentir despertar mi cuerpo, inclusive sin antes colocar un pie en el suelo,aún manteniendome en mi estado soñoliento es de sabios repetir la frase:
Luego me asomo a ver a cada uno de mis hijos si aun duermen. Si ya han despertado les doi los buenos días a cada uno, y luego Si mis padres ya han comenzado su día, de inmediato le pido su bendición y doi los buenos días. Para mí, es necesario comenzar mi rutina con la bendición de padre y madre. Eso me da energías ancentrales. Y la bendición de un nuevo despertar directa de sus manos, es todo un privilegio.
Sucede entonces, que un día mi hermana está de visita y me escucha repetir en voz baja esa frase, y al instante me dice, ah sí! Te parece? Que estás, como estas y estás bien? Y yo terminé de despertarme y le corrijo la frase..es:
- Y Ella insiste y me dice a las 7:00 AM , como vas a estar bien así como vives?.Y me dije ésta es mi prueba de Hoy!
Cada persona posee una riqueza personal por la cual " Puede" y "Debe" agradecer en todo momento.. Sí! Ciertamente tengo cuatro hijos, estoy viviendo en casa de mis padres, y para nosotros solo hay disponibles 2 cuartos. Por lo tanto no tenemos nada de privacidad ni comodidad. Estamos bastante apretados y bajo sus reglas.
Pero para mí! Es una riqueza enorme tener a mis padres con vida, iniciar mi día con sus bendiciones aunque mi papá se levanté hablando de las noticias a las 6:30 am. Gracias a Dios y el Universo tiene Salud y no tengo que verlo en una cama padeciendo de alguna enfermedad. Gracias a Dios está lúcido y diferencia con claridad cada decisión que toma. Eso es una Gran Riqueza en mi cofre de tesoros.
Mi Frase querida hermana, es para agradecer de corazón cada tacita de café que mi madre me regala en las mañanas, para sentir y disfrutar mi caminar tranquilo bajo este techo que me cubre y resguarda tanto a mi como a mis hijos de las fuertes lluvias o del inclemente sol. Si no agradeces lo que tienes en tu presente, si no reconoces los beneficios que te otorga como lo vas a mejorar?
Si solo te anclas en la queja y el desprecio de lo poco o mucho que posees en tu presente puede suceder que acumules una montaña de todo eso que no te gusta; porque de tanto repetirlo, de tanto quejarte, de tanto darle fuerza lo atraes más y más! Porque tú foco está en ello.
Por eso, es importante enfocarte en el agradecimiento, porque así tu vibración permanece en lo bonito, en lo que te gusta, y en ese sentido atraes más de eso hermoso que te agrada a tu vida, y por ende sumas a tu vida más de esa gran riqueza que deseas. Yo estoy convencida de que así funciona! Cuando aceptas lo sucedido en tu presente, lo que estás palpando, lo que estás sintiendo y agradeces de corazón por ello, desde allí recibes el aprendizaje y comprendes que lo ocurrido es perfecto, que estuvo bien!.Y que lo venidero será aún mejor..Te invito a que lo Experimentes desde este humilde pensamiento y me cuentas que cambia en tu vida cuando cambias el foco. Si lo creas sumar mar Riquezas o sientes que pierdes el control de las mismas.
Para ti que me lees quisiera regalarte otro sencillo pero humilde ejemplo de un tesoro más que suma a mi Gran Riqueza que no cambiaria por dinero.
Te puedo explicar con un ejemplo directo, que me afecta un poco pero es mi realidad y la Acepto.. Cuando tuve a mi primer hijo tenía 21 años, su papá no se quiso hacer cargo. Su abuela paterna cuando el bebé tuvo 1año y medio fue que decidió iniciar una serie de denuncias en mi contra en Protección al Menor. Ella aseguraba que el niño estaba mejor con ella. A pesar de que nunca quisieron saber nada de él hasta ese momento.
Han pasado 18 años y para mi hijo yo soy la única responsable de que el no esté compartiendo en Estados Unidos con su papá...Entonces un día Yo! Con mi corazón de madre adolorido y cansado de tanto reproche le dije hijo!. Yo tuve tres opciones:
1.-Practicarme un Aborto, y no lo hice. No atente contra tu vida, a pesar de que solo era una estudiante universitaria y en ese instante todos me dieron la espalda.
2.-Desistir ante las denuncias de tu Abuela y dejarte con ella para irme a emprender mi camino como la profesional universitaria recién graduada que era.
3.-No dejar que tu padre te diera su apellido y te presentará como su hijo, que a fin de cuentas tardó un año en decidirse a dartelo..Pero no lo hice..
Para mí! La decisión que tomé fue la correcta. Y todos los hechos ocurridos desde entonces han Sido un aprendizaje...Aunque hoy me reproches querido hijo, porque nuestro país está en la situación que está y desees estar al lado de tu padre, todo lo ocurrido ha Sido perfecto. Y lo Acepto! Para mí eres una de mis Grandes Riquezas que no cambiaría por dinero. Allí está la verdadera razón de mi decisión en ese entonces por mantenerte a mi lado.
Mis Riquezas no son iguales a las tuyas. No es de Seres de buen Corazón juszgar o medir de acuerdo a lo que consideras es Riqueza.
La Riqueza de quién no puede ver será distinta a la de aquel que está privado de libertad. No esperemos las fatalidades para agradecer.
