Hacer el bien es una acción que deberíamos multiplicar entre todos los seres humanos y esto contribuiría, definitivamente, a lograr un mundo más amable, más apacible, más humano. No hay nada más satisfactorio que hacer las cosas desde el corazón, con buenas intenciones e impregnadas de mucho amor. Cuando estamos dispuestos siempre a hacer el bien, a actuar con sinceridad y sin mezquindades, podemos estar seguros de que vamos en el camino correcto. Y uno de los valores que prevalece en este camino, en esta forma de vivir la vida, es la generosidad. Así pues, cuando somos generosos, cuando damos, estamos haciendo el bien; y, además, estamos moviendo la energía de la abundancia y nos abrimos a recibir de todo aquello que entregamos desde la bondad. Y, no me refiero a la posibilidad de dar cosas materiales, ¡no! me refiero a dar de todo lo bueno que llevamos en el corazón como el amor, la amistad, la sinceridad, la empatía y así, mucho más.
Doing good is an action that we should multiply among all human beings and this would definitely contribute to a kinder, gentler and more humane world. There is nothing more satisfying than doing things from the heart, with good intentions and impregnated with much love. When we are always willing to do good, to act with sincerity and without pettiness, we can be sure that we are on the right path. And one of the values that prevails in this path, in this way of living life, is generosity. So, when we are generous, when we give, we are doing good; and, in addition, we are moving the energy of abundance and we open ourselves to receive from all that we give from kindness. And, I am not referring to the possibility of giving material things, no! I am referring to giving of all the good that we carry in our hearts such as love, friendship, sincerity, empathy and much more.
Hacer el bien es pensar en el otro, es ponerse en su lugar si está en medio de una tormenta emocional, es ayudarlo a buscar las soluciones a un determinado problema, es tenderle la mano si necesita apoyarse para continuar. Hacer el bien es esparcir la semilla de la solidaridad y la empatía. Es actuar con benevolencia, con amor y consideración por el otro. Detengámonos un momento a reflexionar sobre cuánto estamos dispuestos para hacer el bien a quienes nos rodean y de qué calidad es el sentimiento que ofrecemos. Ya decía la Madre Teresa de Calcuta que "no siempre podemos hacer grandes cosas, pero sí podemos hacer cosas pequeñas con gran amor." Y es que esas pequeñas cosas que pueden ser una palabra de aliento, un gesto cariñoso, un abrazo inesperado y bien apretado, pueden tener el gran poder de sanar y, en consecuencia, de hacer bien porque nacen del corazón, están dadas con mucho amor.
To do good is to think of others, to put yourself in their shoes if they are in the middle of an emotional storm, to help them find solutions to a certain problem, to reach out to them if they need support to continue. **To do good is to spread the seed of solidarity and empathy. It is to act with benevolence, with love and consideration for others. Let us pause for a moment to reflect on how much we are willing to do good to those around us and what quality of feeling we offer. Mother Teresa of Calcutta said that "we cannot always do great things, but we can do small things with great love. " And those small things that can be a word of encouragement, an affectionate gesture, an unexpected and tight hug, can have the great power to heal and, consequently, to do good because they are born from the heart, they are given with great love.
Finalmente, pongamos en práctica el proverbio popular que dice "haz el bien, sin mirar a quién" y seamos multiplicadores de bienestar para todos y, por supuesto, el efecto también será para nosotros porque de lo que demos desinteresadamente, de eso mismo recibiremos.
Finally, let us put into practice the popular proverb that says "do good, without looking at whom " and let us be multipliers of well-being for all and, of course, the effect will also be for us because from what we give unselfishly, that is what we will receive.
