Hoy les voy a comentar sobre unas reflexiones que he tenido en estos días de mucha participación en diferentes actividades, por supuesto que estas reflexiones van acompañadas de una muy buena taza de café, que formara parte de la inspiración que necesito para escribir.
Quiero comenzar diciéndoles que mi papá, en vida fue poeta, escritor e historiador, siempre nos decía: “el trabajo es fastidioso, es mejor estar en una hamaca leyendo o descansando, pero como las personas tenemos que trabajar pues ha de hacerse con gusto, en lo que ames, para así disfrutar de trabajar”. Estas palabras quedaron grabadas en mí, porque representan una forma de libertad que decide cada persona, en mi caso, deje a un lado un trabajo gerencial, hace más o menos año y medio atrás, una bonita oficina, con aire acondicionado y con trabajadores a cargo, pero llego un momento en que deje de disfrutar lo que hacía, los diferentes jefes superiores que llegue a tener, no permitían mi creatividad, coartando mi libertad, y no soy feliz si no puedo expresarme.
En la granja, soy libre, entre otras cosas decido mi horario. Eso me permite realizar varias cosas a la vez, la cocina es una de mis pasiones, y aunque no cuento con la infraestructura ideal, no ha significado que me limite, todo lo contrario, en este caso ha puesto a prueba mi capacidad creadora, siempre pensando en sorprender a mi familia, quienes son mis principales curadores. Otra situación por la que la cocina tiene gran parte de mi atención es debido a las circunstancias que actualmente vivimos en el país, haciendo la salvedad que estas pueden ser sorteadas con ingenio, no importa si no hay gas, electricidad, agua o dificultades para la adquisición de determinados productos, el reaprendizaje para una sana alimentación ha sido significativo y ha incidido notablemente en nuestra salud.
Quizás por eso mi gran admiración hacia las abejas, quienes entre zumbido y zumbido, trabajan y se puede pensar que hasta con placer, vuelan y vuelan entre las flores en la búsqueda del néctar que les permite ir fabricando el panal y así me siento en todo lo que hago, me encanta construir, me nutro del agradable néctar que hay en cada desafío en estos espacios virtuales de convivencia, alternando con diferentes personas, de distintas culturas, en idiomas que pueden ser traducidos por aplicaciones, no siempre fidedignas. Estoy viviendo una combinación de vida que va desde lo más analógico a lo digital.

Tengo una simpática anécdota con una abeja. Hará como dos meses atrás, estaba trabajando en la computadora cuando sentí un zumbido, cuando me fije una abeja algo gordita y grande, entraba y salía de la biblioteca que tengo a un lado de la mesa del ordenador, espere a que ella saliera y revise, estaba haciendo un panal entre el material que tengo de estudio e investigación. Me comuniqué con un amigo que es apicultor y le comenté enviándole fotos de lo que estaba pasando. La abeja iba y venía, pero al mover los documentos tumbe la construcción que estaba haciendo la abeja. Mi amigo me dijo que ubicara una cajita de madera y le abriera un hueco, que la colocara donde ella estaba fundando la colmena, pues se trataba de una abeja de Orquídeas, que trabajan en solitario y recorren hasta 6 kilómetros. Mis orquídeas están a escasos 4 metros de la salida al patio. Pero a pesar de hacer todo lo que mi amigo me dijo, ella se ofendió y no regreso. Claro, no respete su trabajo.
Con esto quiero significar que no siempre entendemos, procesamos o advertimos al 100% lo que otra persona expresa o situaciones que no son totalmente claras; siempre van a existir barreras como el idioma, la cultura, incluso el género o la edad que nos ponen a todos en diferentes niveles, pero que no pueden generar desmotivación alguna en perseguir nuestras metas. La problematización se la pone uno mismo. Hasta acá les dejo esta entrega libre, de la reflexión y necesaria expresión que me invade, ya se me termino el café. <On the farm, I'm free, among other things I decide my schedule. That allows me to do several things at once, cooking is one of my passions, and although I don't have the ideal infrastructure, it hasn't meant that I limit myself, on the contrary, in this case it has tested my creative capacity, always thinking about surprising my family, who are my main curators. Another situation for which the kitchen has much of my attention is due to the circumstances we currently live in the country, making the exception that these can be overcome with ingenuity, no matter if there is no gas, electricity, water or difficulties for the acquisition of certain products, the relearning for a healthy diet has been significant and has had a significant impact on our health.
Perhaps that is why my great admiration for the bees, who between buzzing and humming, work and you can think that even with pleasure, fly and fly among the flowers in search of the nectar that allows them to make the honeycomb and so I feel in everything I do, I love to build, I nourish myself with the pleasant nectar that is in every challenge in these virtual spaces of coexistence, alternating with different people, from different cultures, in languages that can be translated by applications, not always reliable. I am living a combination of life that goes from the most analogical to the digital.

I have a funny story with a bee.
