Que tal amigos de Hive, espero se encuentren bien. Esta es mi participación en el concurso Mundo de Madera, para esta actividad quise restaurar un viejo portarretrato que se encontraba abandonado en mi casa y quise colocarle la foto de mi hijo de cuando era un niño.
Hello friends of Hive, I hope you are well. This is my participation in the Wooden World contest, for this activity I wanted to restore an old picture frame that was abandoned in my house and I wanted to put a picture of my son when he was a child.

Paso a Paso// Step by Step
Paso 1//Step 1
Pegue la foto de mi hijo en el centro del portarretrato
Glue the picture of my son in the center of the picture frame.
Paso 2//Step 2
Pegamos el plástico transparente sobre la foto para después colocarle las tiras que se recortaron con la tijera de pico.
We glue the transparent plastic over the photo and then place the strips that were cut out with the scissors.
Paso 3//Step 3
Se mide alrrededor de la foto para saber cuáles serán las medidas a utilizar (estoy buscando que las tiras que voy a recortar tapen los papeles blancos que se encuentran pegados en marco) las medidas que decidí tomar son las siguientes:
- Dos tiras largas de 24cm por 3cm
- Dos tiras pequeñas de 20cm por 3cm
Measure around the photo to know what will be the measurements to use (I am looking for the strips that I am going to cut to cover the white papers that are glued in the frame) the measurements I decided to take are the following:
- Two long strips of 24cm by 3cm
- Two small strips of 20cm by 3cm
Paso 4//Step 4
Se pegan primero las tiras que van a los lados de la foto y por ultimo las tiras que van arriba de la foto.
The strips that go on the sides of the photo are glued first and then the strips that go on top of the photo are glued last.

Con la ayuda de la pistola de silicón pegamos con mucho cuidado la flor en una esquina del portarretrato.
With the help of the silicone gun, we carefully glue the flower in one corner of the picture frame.
Hermosa manera de reutilizar mi viejo portarretrato, estoy contento con el obtenido resultado y mi hijo también..
Beautiful way to reuse my old picture frame, I'm happy with the result and so is my son.
