There are always opportunities to exercise creativity and make things to give as gifts. This time there is a special birthday for one of my nieces and her name starts with A, so I made her a beautiful gift box with her initial letter and then decorated it.
I will share with you how I made it, with simple steps and a lot of enthusiasm

¿Cómo lo hice?
Lo primero es hacer un molde con la letra, suficientemente grande para que sea una caja. Este que hice tiene de ancho 24cm y de alto 25cm
Cardboard
Scissors, rulers, pencil
Plastic glue.

How did I do it?
The first thing is to make a mold with the letter, big enough to be a box. This one I made is 24cm wide and 25cm high.
Después de hacer esto, trasferí este molde a la cartulina. Para hacer que quede como una caja en el mismo molde dejé 5 centímetros a los lados para poder cerrarla.
Hice un pequeño hueco en el medio de la letra y le pegué acetato para que se pueda observar adentro.
After doing this, I transferred this mold to the cardboard. To make it look like a box in the same mold I left 5 centimeters on the sides to be able to close it.
I made a small hole in the middle of the letter and glued acetate so that it can be seen inside.

Espero que esta simple caja decorada, te haya gustado. Podemos hacer otras letras que sirvan de contenedor de ese regalo y quede como decoración para esa persona especial. El resultado vale el esfuerzo.
Now comes the decorative part... with paper flowers and some ribbons, I chose to place it like this, to decorate it.
I hope you liked this simple decorated box. We can make other letters to serve as a container for that gift and remain as a decoration for that special person. The result is worth the effort.
