Good morning Hivers, this morning I bring to you my latest design. It's a very simple and classy style.
In my community this days guys tend to prefer three quarter sleeve to either short or long sleeve cause it makes you more matured.
I will be sharing with you this morning how I made this lovely dress.
MATERIALS USED
- fabric (cashmere)
- paper stay
- hair stay
- thread
CUTTING PROCESS
i've always explained how cut my kaftan making use of the measurements taken, so I won't be repeating that,i will just show the images.
SEWING PROCESS
I started by folding the allowances added to the length and the sleeve and sew, then I joined the shoulders.
After that I created the collar and what to tape the neck with
Then I tape the neck and fixed the collar
Thereafter I joined the sleeve to the body, close the body and the sleet.
FINAL LOOK
