We all have that favourite shirt or blouse. But when it gets old or out of fashion, instead of giving or throwing it away, we can change it into something else usable and wearable. @yulilemus02 joins us for the first time and shares her creation of a cute little dress for her baby girl from an old blouse. She really liked the fabric of the blouse and what better way than to hand it over now to her daughter? :)
How To Make Flowers From Jeans Fabric
It is flower power here this week with 3 beautiful and interesting flower creations from our needle artists, each with different techniques. Here is the first one, upcycled from old jeans fabric, shared by @katteaguilera, who also joins us for the first time. Rugged yet stylish in its denim way. Now, don't give away that old jeans just yet :)

Here is the second flower power post for this week. A striking gerbera made from satin ribbons, cut into many strips, folded, arranged and sewed together beautifully by @maryoris.marcano. Another wonderful technique.

A beautiful dress, bought on sale was certainly a good buy. The only thing was that it was missing half the embroidery. What did @brittandjosie do? She patiently embroidered the missing half and now, the dress looks beautifully complete!
NeedleWorkMonday Experience :Attractive party bracelet with silk fabric.
In our 3rd installment of flower power this week, @sumaiya777 shared her creation of an attractive flower bracelet with each fabric piece carefully folded and sewed together, added with beads. Once completed, this pretty flower bracelet is ready for any occasion.
