Querida comunidad de Hive ❤️ Un saludo a todos los que hacen vida en la plataforma en especial a los amantes del arte de la costura pero esta vez creativa, hoy me alegra compartir con ustedes un nuevo proyecto, se trata de un hermoso brazalete alfiletero de pingüino, elaborado en tela y cosido totalmente a mano, el mismo es un utensilio indispensable para tener a la mano todos esos alfileres que son tan necesarios para sujetar y evitar que la tela se nos mueva a la hora de coser. Existen diferentes modelos porta alfileres pero me encanto esta idea de tenerlos tan cerca y ademas con un acceso mas fácil como es en nuestro brazo.

There are different pin holder models but I love this idea of having them so close and also with an easier access as it is in our arm.

Para dar inicio a este hermoso proyecto de costura creativa, tenemos que escoger el motivo de nuestro alfiletero que en este caso decidí hacer un pinguino ya que este animalito es muy tierno, pero es a gusto de cada quien puede ser una flor, una fruta o como tal otro animal de su preferencia. Realizamos el patrón o dibujo para poder sacar todas las piezas necesarias para su elaboración. Colocamos el dibujo sobre en este para cortar la base que es la cara del pinguino de la cual vamos a cortar dos.

We place the drawing on this to cut the base which is the face of the penguin of which we are going to cut two.
Ahora vamos a elaborar el pico en tela amarilla y una mancha blanca característica de este animalito de la cual vamos a cortar doble y la voy hacer en fieltro.
Now we are going to make the beak in yellow fabric and a white spot characteristic of this little animal, which we are going to cut double and I am going to make it in felt.
Seguidamente comenzamos a coser a la mano la pieza de la cara que elabore en tela negra por todo el borde con una puntada decorativa muy usada en este tipo de trabajo en especial cuando se elaboran estas piezas con fieltro, dejamos una pequeña abertura para colocar relleno después seguimos cosiendo hasta cerrar totalmente la pieza.

De igual manera vamos a trabajar con la pieza doble que cortamos en fieltro blanco,la cosemos a mano por todo el borde dejando una pequeña abertura para introducir el relleno, luego cerramos completamente.
In the same way we are going to work with the double piece that we cut out of white felt, we sew it by hand all around the edge leaving a small opening to introduce the stuffing, then we close it completely.
Después vamos a coser los ojos, ubicandolos en cada extremos de la pieza blanca, para los mismo utilice unas pequeñas piedras negras de bisutería.
Then we are going to sew the eyes, placing them at each end of the white piece, for which I used some small black costume jewelry stones.
Con silicona liquida vamos a pegar el pico el cual elaboramos en tela de color amarilla con una forma de un pequeño triangulo y también le colocamos una pieza en color negro que parece como un copete.

En la parte de atrás de nuestro pinguino vamos a coser una elástica delgada en color negro que servirá como brazalete en nuestro brazo. Para esto tomamos la medida del brazo con la elástica la cortamos, cosemos y después fijamos de igual manera cosiendo en el pinguino.
On the back of our penguin we are going to sew a thin black elastic that will serve as a bracelet on our arm. To do this we take the measurement of the arm with the elastic, cut it, sew it and then fix it in the same way sewing on the penguin.
Por ultimo si lo desean porque es opcional, pueden elaborar un lazo y se lo cosemos en la parte inferior de la cabeza.

De esta manera culminamos nuestro proyecto de costura creativa con la elaboración de este utensilio tan esencial para una costurera como es este hermoso brazalete alfiletero personalizado de pinguino.
