Hello friends, happy start of the week, I hope you have a great Monday full of energy, blessings and good vibes!
Today I bring you a DIY of how to transform those old flannels that are in our closet, give them a second chance by transforming them into nice blouses.
It's very simple, and you don't need much more than your shirt, scissors, thread and needle to sew.

The first thing to do is to fold the shirt in half lengthwise so that both sides are equal when cutting.

With a marker, chalk or whatever you have at hand, we will draw from the sleeve to the neck a diagonal line (it can be curved) and cut it out.

With a brightly colored thread we will sew all around our flannel to have a guide of where the final seam will go.

When we have the whole blouse sewn, we will cut a strip of fabric from the leftover sleeves to make a few shots to our blouse.

With the help of some pins we are going to hold our strip of fabric to iron it, in order to give it shape so that it does not look curled.

Y listo!

Then we cut in half.
Each shot measures 3cm but you can make them longer depending on your taste.
Then we sew them to the blouse, and we finish the final stitching with a thread of the color of the blouse. And that's it!

This was the result! I hope you like it and you can give a second chance to those clothes you no longer wear and have stored in your closet.
