Happy Monday #NeedleWorkMonday community , I wish you a happy start of the week with God's blessing. This time I want to share with you a #tutorial to make a bathroom set with floral motif to decorate the toilet and give it a personal touch.

The fabrics used were microfiber sheet for the main fabric and taffeta for the lining and ruffles.

Las telas usadas fueron sábana micro fibras para la tela principal y tafeta para el forro y volados.

PROCEDURE

I marked and cut the pieces of the toilet set in the main fabric.

I also cut the pieces in lining fabric, wadding and felt.

También corté las piezas en tela de forro, guata y fieltro.

I cut several strips for the yellow and white ruffles, joined them with a straight stitch and folded them in half.

Corté varias tiras para los volados amarillas y blancas, las uní con puntada recta y doblé a la mitad.

To make the tank top I put the felt on the bottom and sewed the ruffle, leaving a 4 cm margin at the lower ends.

Para hacer la tapa del tanque puse el fieltro en la parte de abajo y cosí el volado, dejando un margen de 4 cm en los extremos inferiores.

I pinned the elastic, put the lining on top of the elastic and sewed a seam, leaving an opening for turning.

Sujeté el elástico con alfileres, puse el forro encima del elástico y pasé costura dejando una abertura para voltear.

I glued the ruffle to the lid of the pot.

Pegué el volado a la tapa de la poceta.

I sewed a hem to the crescent moon (it is inserted into the lid of the well) and placed it in front of the ruffle.

Cosí un dobladillo a la media luna ( se inserta en la tapa de la poceta) y la puse al frente del volado.

On top of the crescent I placed the lining and underneath the wadding, pinned it, sewed a straight seam leaving the bottom unsewn and turned it over.

Encima de la media luna coloqué el forro y debajo la guata sujeté con alfileres, pasé costura recta dejando la parte de abajo sin coser y volteé.

I ironed a strip, pinned it, sewed with a straight stitch and finished! A beautiful springtime bathroom set to embellish the toilet.

Planché una tira, la sujeté con alfileres, cosí con puntada recta y terminado! un hermoso juego de baño primaveral para embellecer el sanitario.
