Lo primero que debemos hacer es ;cortarla tela del tamaño que deseamos el tutu
Steps;

Luego comenzamos a cocer ,en la parte de arriba hacemos un borde para meter el elastico
Then we begin to bake, at the top we make an edge to put the elastic
Por ultimo introducimos el elastico
