Saludos amigos de la ccomunidad de HIVE, el día de hoy les compartiré unas imágenes de una mariposa gigante que entró en horas de la tarde a mi casa debido a las lluvias que han caído en los últimos días .
Greetings friends of the HIVE community, today I will share some images of a giant butterfly that entered my house in the afternoon due to the rains that have fallen in recent days.
Esta mariposa gigante unos 12 centímetros aproximadamente, con un camuflaje de color marrón para pasar desapercibido en la vegetación seca antes posibled depredadores .
This giant butterfly about 12 centimeters, with a brown camouflage to go unnoticed in the dry vegetation before possible predators.
Estas lepidopteras pueden durar hasta más de un año de vida, dependiendo de el hábitat que se desenvuelven y su alimentación.
These lepidoptera can last up to more than a year of life, depending on the habitat that they develop and their diet.
En algunas culturas, algunas personas tiene las creencias les llaman las mariposas de la noche y son consideradas de mal augurio y las personas las espantan para que se salgan de la casa ya que ellas entran a las casas buscando el brillo de las luces .
In some cultures, some people have the beliefs called the butterflies of the night and they are considered a bad omen and people scare them out of the house as they enter the houses looking for the brightness of the lights.
Algo curioso que me pasó con esta mariposa, fue que no se quedaba quieta y volaba buscando hacia mi persona, y cuando por fin se quedo estacionada en unsolo sitio le tome algunas imágenes y parecía Que estaba dormida ya que me pude acercar bastante.
Something curious that happened to me with this butterfly was that it did not stay still and flew looking for me, and when it finally stayed parked in a single place I took some images and it seemed that it was asleep since I was able to get quite close.
