During my visit to Chitwan I got a chance to visit the popular hill station over there located in Kaule village. The hill station goes by the name "Siraichuli". Early in the morning the station offers a beautiful sunrise view and beautiful snow capped mountains like Dhaulagiri, Langtang, Gauri Shankar and so on. The cloud hovering over the village and hills look absolutely magnificent in the early morning. The village over this hill is inhabited by Chepang ethnic group of people. One can learn about their traditions, culture, lifestyle and history by visiting here and such people offer homestay facilities as well. This group of people had been involved in hunting and gathering since ancient times. Chitwan, where one of the first and oldest national park is situated, is a home to many species of birds, mammals, reptiles and other wild animals. And that's where same ethnic caste people originated. Still living in such wild place but they have already transitioned from hunting to agriculture. Modernization however hasn't affected any natural components of this beautiful place.
