Location
This time we chose to camp next to the romantic river, Cu De River. This is a river that originates from the Truong Son mountain range, flows in the west-east direction and flows into the East Sea at the Nam O estuary of Da Nang city. Our camping site is located about 30km from the city center in the mountains of Hoa Bac commune, named "Cau Treo Hoa Bac", where the river winds around the fields at the foot of the mountains. There is a fairly flat lawn next to the river, making it a perfect camping spot with views of the river and mountains.
Activities
We had a great time with lots of fun activities. For those who enjoy physical activities, swimming and SUP rowing are must-do activities when coming here. The river water here is quite clean and clear. While other people like to sit by the river to relax, read a book or talk to others. We even picked up a lot of rock snails for dinner.

At night, we cooked together, had dinner, drank some beer, listened to music and had fun chatting with each other and then had our own time to enjoy the peace here before going to bed. Some people joked that we sleep in a "thousand-star" hotel.
And as always, early morning time is my favorite time of camping. It feels great to wake up in a place in nature. There is nothing more wonderful than sipping a cup of coffee and breathing in the fresh air under the early morning sunshine in nature.
