This is not a collection of images that one always keeps in a place for the memory, this is much more than that, behind these images there is a beautiful story that I want to tell you below. Un jardín lleno de Amor 💟 ☀🍃 A garden full of Love
Desde hace un tiempo hemos tomado la bonita costumbre de caminar cada tarde por un sendero hermoso que va rumbo a la montaña, esta zona es llamada La Siria y por allí se ejercitan y hacen ciclismo muchas personas en la mañana y en la tarde.
Mis amigas y yo iniciamos esta rutina desde hace unos meses cuando comenzó todo esto de la pandemia en nuestro afán de salir de casa se nos volvió una excelente costumbre de la cual ya no queremos salir.
For some time now we have taken the nice habit of walking every afternoon along a beautiful path that goes towards the mountain, this area is called La Siria and many people exercise and cycle there in the morning and in the afternoon.
My friends and I started this routine a few months ago when the pandemic started, in our eagerness to get out of the house, it became an excellent habit that we don't want to get out of.
Se puede decir que ya tenemos un año disfrutando de la naturaleza, del aire puro que nos ofrece, es lamentable que por los tiempos modernos y acelerados que nosotros que estamos viviendo no podamos apreciar de las cosas bellas que fueron creadas por Dios para generar bienestar y felicidad a nuestras vidas.
Tampoco hace falta irse a indonesia o a la Patagonia para ver cosas distintas, hermosas, frescas; si tan solo entendiéramos que a la vuelta de la esquina podemos ver cosas que nos llenan el espíritu, son cortos momentos de felicidad que se producen cada vez que los vemos.
It can be said that we already have a year enjoying nature, the pure air that it offers us, it is unfortunate that because of the modern and accelerated times that we are living we cannot appreciate the beautiful things that were created by God to generate well-being and happiness in our lives.
Nor do we need to go to Indonesia or Patagonia to see different, beautiful, fresh things; if only we understood that just around the corner we can see things that fill our spirits, they are short moments of happiness that occur every time we see them.
Una historia de real 💟 ☀🍃 A real story
Todo comenzó hace unos días cuando cambiamos decidimos que ya podíamos caminar un kilómetro más cada día, a medida que avanzábamos logramos avistar una casa muy colorida que día a día se llenaba más de colores resplandecientes y eso me distraía muchísimo, las chicas siempre me dejaban atrás porque mi mirada y mi pensamiento se sumergían en aquel bello jardín.
Así pasaron unos días hasta que el viernes pasado observé por fin a alguien en aquella hermosa casa y no soporté las ganas de saludar. Mis amigas se detuvieron junto conmigo y me acompañaron para que yo con calma pudiera disfrutar de lo que tanto me gustaba, ¡las plantas!
It all started a few days ago when we changed we decided that we could walk a kilometre more each day, as we advanced we managed to see a very colourful house that day by day was filled with more bright colours and that distracted me a lot, the girls always left me behind because my gaze and my thoughts were immersed in that beautiful garden.
A few days went by until last Friday when I finally saw someone in that beautiful house and I couldn't resist the urge to say hello. My friends stopped with me and accompanied me so that I could calmly enjoy what I loved so much, plants!
Definitivamente alguien que viva y tenga un jardín así de estas proporciones no puede ser una mala persona y mi teoría no estaba errada, esa tarde conocí a una mujer y madre amorosa, amable, gentil. Tiene razón la naturaleza de ser tan gentil con ella y brindarle amor rodeándola de tantas flores.
Definitely someone who lives and has a garden of these proportions cannot be a bad person and my theory was not wrong, that afternoon I met a loving, kind, gentle woman and mother. Nature is right to be so gentle with her and to give her love by surrounding her with so many flowers.
Su nombre es Julia, por respeto a ella no le quise fotografiar, pero ella muy amablemente nos hizo pasar a su casa y le pude tomar fotos a todo su jardín. Solo les puedo decir que es algo hermoso, parece un vivero, tiene plantas hasta en el techo de la casa y todo está completamente limpio, ordenado, seleccionado por categorías, tamaños y colores.
Her name is Julia, out of respect for her I didn't want to photograph her, but she very kindly let us into her house and I was able to take pictures of her whole garden. I can only tell you that it is something beautiful, it looks like a nursery, she has plants even on the roof of the house and everything is completely clean, tidy, selected by categories, sizes and colours.
En ese hogar de amor todo es bello y es que hasta esas flores del monte que nadie voltea a mirar son muy lindas. Me llamó mucho la atención esta montaña de flores, se trata como de una palmera seca que fue tomando esa forma y Julia fue sembrando plantas pequeñas y de distinta variedad que ahora generan un hermoso diseño de paisaje.
In this home of love, everything is beautiful, and even those flowers on the mountain that nobody looks at are very pretty. I was very struck by this mountain of flowers, it is like a dry palm tree that was taking that shape and Julia was planting small plants of different varieties that now generate a beautiful landscape design.
Julia nos contó un poco acerca de su vida, nos dice que vive con su hijo y su esposo quien tiene por costumbre comprar plantas nuevas y se las regala para su jardín. Ella dice que nunca ha pensado en vender sus plantas pero dice que prefiere regalar.
De su hijo también nos contó un poco y es que aquí s donde viene la parte más hermosa, su hijo tiene síndrome de Down, es un chico muy tranquilo e inteligente y ella nos contó con toda la dulzura que puede tener una madre, que todo eso ella lo creó para él.
Julia told us a little about her life, she says she lives with her son and her husband who has a habit of buying new plants and gives them to her as gifts for her garden. She says she has never thought of selling her plants but says she prefers to give them as gifts.
She also told us a little about her son and this is where the most beautiful part comes in, her son has Down syndrome, he is a very quiet and intelligent boy and she told us with all the sweetness that a mother can have, that she created all that for him.
Aquí ambos disfrutan día a día, juegan desde que él era un niño, comparten y son felices. En verdad que esta historia solo me saca suspiros porque al saber esto entiendo porque de tanta bendición. Lamentablemente luego de aquello me dio gripe y no he podido subir más a visitarla, pero en lo que me recupere quiero ir y llevar una mejor cámara para tomar más fotos y de ser posible quiero compartir con ella una taza de café y ganarme su amistad.
Here they both enjoy each other day by day, they play since he was a child, they share and they are happy. Really this story just makes me sigh because when I know this I understand why they are so blessed. Unfortunately after that I got the flu and I have not been able to visit her, but as soon as I recover I want to go and take a better camera to take more pictures and if possible I want to share a cup of coffee with her and win her friendship.
Momentos como estos son los que me hacen feliz. Como les dije antes no hay que irse muy lejos para ser feliz, con tan solo dar unos cuantos pasos pude ver a Dios en la sonrisa y el amor de esta madre y mujer. Me siento afortunada de haber hecho este recorrido cada tarde y de haber conocido a Julia.
Moments like these are what make me happy. As I said before you don't have to go far to be happy, just by taking a few steps I could see God in the smile and love of this mother and woman. I feel fortunate to have made this journey every afternoon and to have met Julia.
