Hello Nature Lovers!
Barlovento, significa "de donde viene el viento" y a esta zona es donde nos fuimos de paseo familiar el pasado fin de semana, un paseo que era necesario y que mi cuerpo y mi mente pedían a gritos; yo solo quería salir de casa luego de 6 meses de encierro. Este paseo fue algo organizado, de pocas personas y a un sitio muy tranquilo.
Barlovento, means "where the wind comes from" and this is where we went for a family outing last weekend, an outing that was necessary and that my body and mind were crying out for; I just wanted to get out of the house after 6 months of confinement. This walk was something organized, of few people and to a very quiet place.
Playa Los totumos de Higuerote 🌴☀ 🌱 Beach Los Totumos de Higuerote
Esta playa debe su nombre al "Chaguaramo" palma de tronco hinchado de tipo ornamental. es una de las playas más llanas y tranquilas que hay, tiene poco oleaje y sus aguas son cristalinas. Es una playa muy limpia que posee un gran estacionamiento y está bien organizado y cuidado por los lugareños. Está ubicada en la zona de Higuerote del Estado Miranda en Venezuela.
Cuando somos padres nos gusta estar tranquilos y saber que nuestros niños se bañan en un lugar seguro es mucho mejor, así que esa fue una de las principales razones por las que escogimos esta playa para que mi sobrino Matías de 7 años se bañara a la orilla de la playa.
This beach owes its name to the "Chaguaramo" ornamental swollen trunk palm tree. It is one of the flattest and calmest beaches there is, it has little waves and its waters are crystal clear. It is a very clean beach that has a large parking lot and is well organized and cared for by the locals. It is located in the Higuerote area of Miranda State in Venezuela.
When we are parents we like to be calm and knowing that our children bathe in a safe place is much better, so that was one of the main reasons why we chose this beach for my 7 year old nephew Matias to bathe at the shore of the beach.
Mientras todos disfrutaban de la playa, yo no podía distraerme de una de mis actividades favoritas de los últimos tiempos, tomar fotos se ha convertido en una pasión y acompañado del amor que siento por Hive pues todo se torna más agradable.
While everyone was enjoying the beach, I could not be distracted from one of my favorite activities of late, taking pictures has become a passion and accompanied by the love I feel for Hive as everything becomes more enjoyable.
Allí detrás de donde estábamos se encuentran unos canales de agua dulce o manglares, posee una vegetación hermosa, hacia allí me fui un buen rato y me senté solo a relajarme y es que ese paisaje solo me transmitía paz, armonía pero sobre todo belleza.
There behind where we were there are some freshwater canals or mangroves, has a beautiful vegetation, I went there for a while and I sat alone to relax and that landscape just transmitted me peace, harmony but above all beauty.
Caminé largo rato yo sola, era algo que quería hacer, luego mi hijo me acompañó y nos tomamos algunas imágenes para el recuerdo. Creo que esto debería ser la vida, calma, tranquilidad. Hay tanta belleza en el mundo que ver que no deberíamos de distraernos o desgastarnos en ver lo que no vale la pena.
I walked for a long time by myself, it was something I wanted to do, then my son accompanied me and we took some pictures for the memory. I think this should be life, calm, tranquility. There is so much beauty in the world to see that we shouldn't get distracted or wear ourselves out seeing what is not worth seeing.

Les presento a Andrea mi sobrina más pequeña de la familia y la princesa más consentida de la tía, ella nació hace dos meses y me gustó haberla llevado conmigo y desde ya formar parte de esos primeros episodios de su vida. Ella se portó muy bien en todo el paseo, lo único que hizo fue tomar su teta y hacernos el paseo más ameno.
I introduce you to Andrea my youngest niece of the family and the most spoiled princess of the aunt, she was born two months ago and I liked to have taken her with me and since already be part of those first episodes of her life. She behaved very well during the whole ride, the only thing she did was to take her boob and make the ride more enjoyable.
La vida es tan bella, tan hermosa, no hace falta irnos al otro lado del mundo para conseguir felicidad, solo aves mirar a tu alrededor y ver las flores, los árboles, las aves, la risa de un niño o de un anciano, la caricia de un perro, la brisa de la lluvia. Siente la naturaleza, tócala, acaríciala, puede ser que en ella encuentres lo que andas buscando.
Life is so beautiful, so beautiful, no need to go to the other side of the world to get happiness, just birds look around you and see the flowers, trees, birds, the laughter of a child or an old man, the caress of a dog, the breeze of the rain. Feel nature, touch it, caress it, you may find in it what you are looking for.
