Amazing beauty of nature, summer landscape and a trip to the forest.
Before us on the way to pick mushrooms - a pine forest and a lake.
The beauty is such that we decided to stop here and have breakfast.

When we entered the forest, mushrooms appeared in front of us.
These are forest mushrooms - Boletus. Delicious and aromatic.
There are so many mushrooms that we quickly put together a basket.

These mushrooms are just beginning to appear in the forest.
They are also very tasty, mushrooms can be boiled, dried or fried.

You walk several times in one place and pick mushrooms.
They seem to grow and grow behind you, as soon as it has passed.

Such a very good quiet hunt for any of us. Just some kind of beauty!

This is simply not a mushroom hike, but some kind of fantasy!

The forest of small young birches is already dry after a recent rainfall.
Therefore, the mushrooms immediately began to grow in abundance.
And we had a very good time for the very first mushroom picking.

At one such place in the forest, we immediately picked mushrooms.
Almost a basket and a bucket. There are even a lot of mushrooms.
This summer, after the rains have passed several times in our forest.

At every step there is such a pleasant picture - a tree and mushrooms.
We were not in the forest for long, but we collected mushrooms.
A lot, and then went home all happy, although quite tired.

Here, basically, all the mushrooms are Boletus (or Ababki).
We also dry, boil, fry, freeze and pickle these mushrooms.

This summer was very good for picking berries, herbs and especially mushrooms in the forest. Each time it was like a small, interesting journey and a fun adventure. But the whole family is always happy to go to the forest, especially at this time of August (and then September), when there are a lot of mushrooms. And let's talk a little about mushrooms. About the nutritional value of mushrooms, in general, you need to write a separate post to talk about it. And further. There are edible mushrooms, and there are also poisonous ones. It is imperative for any person to know if he goes (or goes) to the forest for mushrooms, so as not to get poisoned later. As we remember from the biology lessons at school, about 150-200 species of mushrooms grow in the summer, and this is only in Russia. But here are the mushrooms that you can eat - there are only 50-60 species. Apparently so - I don't remember exactly? If we have found and collected mushrooms in the forest, then we need to know the methods of processing and storage. And also all mushroom lovers should know the recipes for making mushroom appetizers, delicious soups, various sauces, including pastries with mushrooms. We use the gifts of nature for the family kitchen. Below is one recipe for making mushroom soup that my wife makes.

RECIPE SOUP WITH MUSHROOMS

Potato soup with mushrooms. 500 grams of fresh mushrooms (white or boletus), 800 grams of potatoes, 200 grams of onions, 2 tablespoons of oil, 100 grams of sour cream, salt, pepper, bay leaf. Peel and rinse the mushrooms. Cut off the mushroom legs, chop and fry in oil (preferably sunflower oil). Fry the onions separately. Cut the mushroom caps into slices, transfer to a saucepan, add water and cook for 40-45 minutes. Then put diced potatoes, fried mushrooms, onions, salt, pepper, bay leaves in a saucepan and cook for another 20-25 minutes. Add sour cream, finely chopped green onions and dill before serving. This wonderful soup goes well with dry white wine. Also, in addition to mushrooms, you can also make a salad, a main course and a delicious sauce. Mushrooms are suitable for any family meal. We cook this soup often, and all family members and friends like it.
