Today I joined this interesting contest #30 of the Ladies of Hive Community, I went through this beautiful community and I loved to participate, I would like to invite @jomarbym here I leave you in link.
French Gastronomy stands out for its nutritious and balanced dishes, they are very well prepared and their presentations are incredible.
Para comenzar elegí una de las preguntas que es:
¿Qué comida nunca has comido pero te gustaría probar?
Siempre he visto este fabuloso plato en varias recetas y se me hace agua la boca jajaja como dicen aquí en Venezuela, mi amor a las papas es único, soy de un paladar dispuesto a probar distintas comidas de diferentes países, aunque muero por los postres, tengo mucha curiosidad de probar esta receta que es preparada como un puré de patatas o papas con queso cocido para afinar, también se encuentra presente la mantequilla, nata fresca y el ajo.
I have always seen this fabulous dish in several recipes and my mouth is watering hahaha as they say here in Venezuela, my love for potatoes is unique, I am of a palate willing to try different foods from different countries, although I die for desserts, I am very curious to try this recipe that is prepared as a mashed potato or potato with cooked cheese to refine, butter, fresh cream and garlic is also present.
Leí en wikipedia el aligot es una especialidad gastronómica originaria del macizo de Aubrac en Francia. La palabra aligot viene de «aliquid», que a su vez deriva de la voz latina « liquod» que significa «alguna cosa».

Como es cocido a fuego lento el queso se derrite hasta empezar a hilar, por eso su contextura espesa.
Para su preparación el queso que se utiliza es queso Tomme fraîche o fresco, es un queso francés que permite que el aligot tenga esta textura tan especial. Mi sueño sería probar este plato en Francia con el queso indicado, ya que no es un simple puré.
En mi opinión esta preparación quedaría perfecta con pescado a la plancha, aunque dicen que se acompaña con salchichas a la parrilla, es contundente y calórica.
As it is cooked over low heat, the cheese melts until it starts to spin, which is why it has such a thick texture.
For its preparation the cheese used is Tomme fraîche or fresh cheese, it is a French cheese that allows the aligot to have this special texture. My dream would be to try this dish in France with the right cheese, since it is not a simple puree.
In my opinion this preparation would be perfect with grilled fish, although they say that it is accompanied with grilled sausages, it is hearty and caloric.
