To be sincere, I had not asked myself this question before.

Para ser sincera, no me había formulado antes esta pregunta.

And upon reflection, I recognise that I am fortunate, I remember many acts of kindness, with different nuances. Even some of them I did not perceive at the right time, as such.

Y luego de reflexionar, reconozco que soy afortunada, recuerdo muchos actos de bondad, con matices diferentes. Incluso algunos de ellos no los percibí en ese momento como tal.

Such activities help to recognise the road ahead and to move on.

Este tipo de actividades ayudan a reconocer el recorrido y continuar adelante.

Actually, I appreciate and thank each and every act of kindness in my life, for all of them in one way or another were done and received with the best of intentions, love and gratitude.

Actualmente, aprecio y agradezco a cada uno de los actos de bondad en mi vida, pues todos de una u otra forma fueron realizados y recibidos con la mejor intención, amor y gratitud.

I would like to start with acts of kindness, which have an intangible, or rather incalculable value, such as being there for whatever is needed, with the best disposition to help, in difficult and not so difficult moments.

Quiero empezar con los actos de bondad, que tienen un valor intangibles, o mejor dicho incalculable, como por ejemplo el acompañar, “estar ahí” para lo que sea necesario, con la mejor disposición ayudar, en momentos difíciles y no tan difíciles.

And that "being there", to which I refer, is with conviction and desire to do so, and not out of obligation.

Y ese “estar ahí”, al que me refiero es con convicción y ganas de hacerlo, y no por obligación.

In this sense, my parents RIP, sisters, family and my life partner are examples of infinite goodness.
En este sentido, mis padres QEPD, hermanas, familia y mi compañero de vida son ejemplos de bondad infinita.
But it is also important to note that there are acts of kindness from friends or even strangers, which are done with humility and discretion, highlighting the kindness more, even if it is not the intention.

Pero también, es importante destacar que hay actos de bondad de amigos o inclusos desconocidos, que son realizados con humildad y discreción, destacando más la bondad, aun cuando esa no sea la intención.

For example, I remember the time I met my friend Mary, whom I had not been in contact with for a long time, in a pharmacy.
Por ejemplo, recuerdo la oportunidad que coincidí en una farmacia con mi amiga Mary, a quien tenía bastante tiempo sin contactar.
We spent some time together while waiting to be served, and when it was my turn to pay, my bank debit card was not accepted, and she paid for me.
Compartimos un rato, mientras esperábamos que nos atendieran y cuando me toco pagar, mi tarjeta de débito bancario no fue aceptada, y ella pago por mí.

To avoid the risk of running out of medicine, I accepted and expressed my gratitude. When I asked her for the details to pay her, with a bank transfer, she said no, she did it, because it was necessary to help me. Which is true, however, I wanted to do it. But there was no way to convince her to accept the payment.

And it is not about the value of the medicine, in economic terms, but about what his kind and splendid gesture of helping me at the right time to obtain the medicine and start the treatment represented for me.

And so I could mention other similar cases, in which kindness arises in a generous, spontaneous and generally very discreet way, with the aim of doing good and helping others.
Y así puedo mencionar otros casos similares, en los cuales la bondad, surgen de manera generosa, espontánea, y generalmente muy discreta, con la finalidad de hacer el bien y ayudar al prójimo.
There is a popular saying: "actions speak louder than words" , and acts of kindness are one of them. .....
Hay un refrán popular que señala: “los hechos valen más que mil palabras” los actos de bondad, son uno de ellos…..
