Remember when the government and health experts convinced us we needed to do things for a few weeks, just to make sure the hospitals weren't overloaded? Remember that it was supposed to be temporary? But then Bill Gates was telling us that the severe measures wouldn't be lifted until we had his miracle vaccine to save us from the super-deadly virus.
Well after months of data, the reality is that it's not a super deadly virus. If you don't know, that's because you only listen to the mainstream media and their support for the official narrative. Go look at the data yourself from others sources, from the science papers themselves.
Nonetheless, Gates and the government and their "experts" are still pushing the same agenda, and not letting up. They are doubling down and bringing on the tyranny to control people more in some places of mere positive tests for genetic material which may be inactive, old, minute and not causing an illness, or symptoms, or be infectious to others, and have a 90% false positive rate. That doesn't matter, the agenda must be pushed forward.
It's been about 8 months that the lie has persisted. Imagine them having told us at the beginning that this was going to go on for 8 months? There would have been such a backlash that this bullshit wouldn't have been pushed through so easily or at all. They needed to gradually change the narrative to make it permanent. That's the totalitarian tiptoe.
The WHO Director-General has come out to declare the pandemic isn't over in a media briefing ion August 31, 2020. And it won't be over so long as there isn't control over the spread of this not-so-deadly flu-like illness.
The pandemic is over though, we're in a casedemic of labeling alleged infections with no symptoms, illness, or spread of infection, as cases, while deaths are nearly gone. But the WHO is telling you that no country can say the pandemic is over:
no country can just pretend the pandemic is over.
The reality is that this coronavirus spreads easily, it can be fatal to people of all ages, and most people remain susceptible.
If countries are serious about opening up, they must be serious about suppressing transmission and saving lives.
The flu is also easily spread, can be fatal to all ages, and people are susceptible. yet, this crazed mad response was never generated previously.
"Suppressing transmission" is the key to their goal here. Control. This is only over when they get their enhanced control over our lives setup everywhere. As they covertly state:

The more control countries have over the virus, the more they can open up.
Control of the virus is about control over the population. The virus is in people. People are the target for control. That's how they justify the end result of controlling the virus. Once you mandate social distancing, masks, testing, tracing, temp scans, etc. to make sure you know if anyone is possibly infected, then you can open up.
