El mundo cada día es más competitivo, que quizás asusta la manera como las competencias toman más relevancia.
Incluir un modelo de planificación y evaluación por competencias tiene enormes significados para los docentes y estudiantes en las carreras elegidas como profesionales de la educación. A pesar de ser incorporado de hace unos años.
Esta preparación incluye un desaprender para volver a aprender, salir de la programación en cuanto a planes de estudios que siempre ha liderado el ver al estudiante como un ser pasivo y el profesor quien dirige cada movimiento, contenido, evaluación en las asignaturas a administrar, año tras año.

Viendo las competencias desde el punto de vista de acción para ser mejor en diferentes áreas, no desde el mundo deportivo que siempre cuando se habla de competencias se imaginan los deportes, o el mundo empresarial…lleva consigo una serie de involucrar teorías que tienen mucho que ver con el Ser humano como tal. Esto, da cabida a buscar como engranar, entender el mundo interno de cada uno en los contenido que se debe compartir.
Estas teorías se enfocan desde la inteligencia, inteligencias múltiples, inteligencia emocional, motivación, pensamientos, sentimientos, de allí ya no se vería a cada individuo por parcelas, sino como un todo, un conjunto que determina con sus acciones cada aprendizaje que va adquiriendo, haciéndolo suyo, descubriéndose de la capacidad que tiene para mejorar lo que va integrando a su ser.
Para el docente en mi experiencia laboral veía como nos afectaba este cambio para llevarlo a la práctica con los estudiantes en cada año…había que abrirse a incorporar estas teorías que ya estaban demostradas pero sin llevarlas a un plan de estudio.

Entrar en la era del conocimiento lo que trajo consigo el uso de las tecnologías, en educación era vista como algo ajeno, que no tenía nada que ver con los procesos educativos. Es un camino que ha sido aprender y aprender para fusionar ese contenido que sigue siendo quizás el mismo pero hacerlo atractivo a los nuevos educandos de manera que la información que se les está compartiendo sea para ellos un mundo de posibilidades que tienen al frente.
Manejar las competencias no para aplastar a otros sino para mejorar cada uno en sus procesos; entender que cada uno tiene sus tiempos para asimilar una información pero que todos poseemos la capacidad de lograr las metas.
El ejemplo más idóneo en este momento, es el ingresar a esta plataforma #hive, ir descubriendo, alimentando la información, ir al ritmo de nuestro entendimiento, hacer una y otra vez lo propuesto, aunque para otros es pasar rápido, subir.
Las competencias nos dicen que cada uno a su ritmo, si otros llegan más rápido cada uno tiene su momento, la forma de entender y aplicar la información que van convirtiendo en conocimiento, entra en juego la motivación, factor importante en este mundo de #hive.

The world is becoming more and more competitive every day, which is perhaps frightening the way competitions are becoming more and more relevant.
Including a competency-based planning and assessment model has enormous meanings for teachers and students in their chosen careers as education professionals. Despite being introduced a few years ago.
This preparation includes an unlearning to relearn, to get out of the programming in terms of curricula that has always led to see the student as a passive being and the teacher who directs every move, content, assessment in the subjects to be administered, year after year.

Seeing competences from the point of view of action to be better in different areas, not from the sporting world that always when we talk about competences we imagine sports, or the business world... it carries with it a series of involving theories that have a lot to do with the human being as such. This, gives room to look for how to mesh, to understand the inner world of each one in the content to be shared.
These theories focus on intelligence, multiple intelligences, emotional intelligence, motivation, thoughts, feelings, from there each individual would no longer be seen as a parcel, but as a whole, a group that determines with its actions each learning that it acquires, making it its own, discovering the capacity it has to improve what it is integrating into its being.
For the teacher in my work experience I saw how this change affected us to put it into practice with the students in each year...we had to be open to incorporate these theories that were already proven but without putting them into a study plan.

Entering the knowledge era, which brought with it the use of technologies, in education was seen as something alien, which had nothing to do with educational processes. It is a path that has been to learn and learn to merge that content that is still perhaps the same but make it attractive to new learners so that the information that is being shared with them is for them a world of possibilities that they have in front of them.
Manage competencies not to crush others but to improve each one in their processes; understand that everyone has their own time to assimilate information but that we all possess the capacity to achieve goals.
The most ideal example at the moment, is to enter this platform #hive, to go discovering, to feed the information, to go at the pace of our understanding, although for others it is to go fast, to go up.
The competences tell us that each one at their own pace, if others arrive faster, each one has their own moment, the way of understanding and applying the information they are converting into knowledge, motivation comes into play, an important factor in this world of #hive.
