I want to send my love to all of you,really amazing.
There has been a great era of education and it was also Interesting to see so much challenges this sector faced, during the times of great depression, pandemic, economic crisis, recession, famine, disease outbreak, cultural assults and many more comes on the list when I turn my eyes & attention to the sole scenario of the overall education.
I have been practically dealing with the education since the day I started to exercise the papers and documents. On the way of making papers,I certainly learnt a lot, experienced a lot of sides and facts- -Now standing on those blocks I can see the whole picture slightly up above from most other educators who dont get to see the exact points, upon where we fail most of the time.
Lets look at some of the indicators of crisis we face when it comes to education. At the time of thinking about these facts, I came to know these are the solid bariers of quality education, and therefore we need to know what are these. Lets see.
1. Wholesale Pandemic :
When it comes to the aspects of pandemic, there can be litttle to do with it.Basically, when life is put at stake and not much space to move around and we feel the dark side of it, then the bigger picture comes on the way.We see the sinister face of devastation, not in just the field of education, but broadly the whole life got trapped because of it.We dont have options to control it as in the usual process,we are to struggle and lauch defensive measures against it to protect us from the ill sides of it
The situation demands a greater degree of effort to be made, education seems to be overriden and put aside and normally labelled as a meaningless and less important comparing with the other real time works and priority, but this has been a similar story when we passed the covid-19 crisis, education in a broad scale got less priority and govt had no choice left to cancel programs which support on field education and monitoring the students on the spot. But, they had no choice! We cant do with such pandemic.
But the world education had to suffer from it and we can practically see the worst consequence looking at the picture of our local community schools and institutions where they suffered most.Pandemic plays a bigger role in making our lives off balance in terms of education.This is the harsh reality.
2.Economic Crisis:
Economy also another factor which is a real catalyst that slows down growth in education.Normally, due to lack of resources and improper wealth in hand, all the countries can not offer the same facilities to their students. The equipments a european student has, it is a far cry imagination for a eastern student to have it in their country.
But, the matter of hope is this, the widened gap is narrowing and we could see the value in the greater earth Lot of communities and world organisations are doing their best to democratize education,with a clear view to improve the economic conditions of the sector by laying a big stock of fund in this category.
But the divide would come to less and through the process we could get to see improvement surely and I hope that would work out pretty well.
3.Corruption sneaks in stealing :
This is something where I have bigger grudge, not because I feel despised of it,but I am far mor tired of hearing that! Funds are there all over and the people who are liable and responsible for developing the standards of education, genuinely filling their own packet by stealing the resources using their power and impact on the incentives provided by the central agency.That is the actual scenario. These are robbers, culprits liable for doing damages to education. ☹️
There has been reports and newspaper cuttings where they are saying, more than 50% of the funds are going through the silence channel to the pockets of the corrupted officials. The remaining half is distributed to the welfare of the students. If this be the real picture, how would a country see the development of education and produce meritorious students and a more sublime community which reflect a greater commitment in holding the true spirits in a society? How?
Students are the backbone of a nation,the future leaders.
I am much apprehended with the shocking nature of education. I hope, we would see a better day in the future and hope to get solution out of this.Maybe, a hope is there out of the tunnel.. Maybe!!
