Good Evening Everyone.
Learning & Teaching,both are a lengthy process of life, it means rearing up a career for long time.Like all other profession Teaching is a very hard duty to make and maintaining it in a large way takes more effort,I guess not so easy to become an ideal teacher.
People seem to withold the concept that, teacher has the only duty to partake and complete, that is to teach students lessons,from their textbooks and check the homeworks, if the kids have completed that or not.But, is that all about teaching students???
The Big Idea.
Teaching is not the only task a teacher has to complete. So what is that?You might ask that, going through the context. But, as I said, as well as teaching, there is one more thing to get,its learning at the same time.When a teacher go for teaching a lesson to student, he just doesn’t teach the student how to get the Idea, but at the time of teaching them, he also learn a lot.Maybe,you would ask, how can the teacher learn again, those concepts and lessons that he learnt a lifetime ago??
I know, its natural to think in this way.But,the teacher doesnt learn all these lessons,he learns the pedagogical knowledge, its about how to teach those students in a more befitting way, letting them understand the key concepts and to be able to teach them in a different way, different from conventional way and finding new strategy to teach them in a developed method.
Not about learning texts but managing those texts to the students, in the way which would be easy for the student to get through and learn from it.Thats where the modern day educators like to work on and plotting how to imorove education one step ahead of the time.
The New Educational Strategy.
Education is a sector, where I think most of the changes have been made in a relatively short period of time.After getting used to the technologies and the urge once felt to apply those things in the Education sector.Because, if our childs now can learn from the new technology and with the benefit of it, they would learn new skills that would possibly create an enlightened future for a country. Educating kids means,educating the whole generation as a whole.
So, if a country wishes for making the standards higher and preparing them to lead the future, then the smarter technological touch should be applied and alongside developed nations, the developing nations are also doing that and setting up policies to make sure their kids and students enjoy the richness of technology. Thats what the strategy is rollimg up forward all across thr globe.
Whats Next?
Getting to know about education is a long cycle, I always like to make it that way.The cycle needs to be properly monitored and looked after.The responsibility lies in teachers shoulder to properly take care of students and keeping a sharp eye on them.It means, building a sustainable relationshio with them and making them feel comfortable in class.It means, letting the students understand that,alomgside study thee are more thinhs to make and understand. It makes, letting the studstudents feel that they have something to offer to their country and the world. Teacher should not only teach the students, but a whole matter of inspiration takes with it.
Maybe,if the students also encouraged to feel deep inside their heart that there is something to do for their country, that the duties are there in the future to make, then they would be moved and determined to give a better service for their country. Thats what a quality education can give to us.I hope the next is great, the next is fairer and we could see a bright earth with a cluster of enlightened students.
