With much certainty I can say that not only the equation is not interested in our being free-conscious, but also traditional medicine, pharmacy, the church, fashion. Dark industries that behind their disguised contributions to the world, influence the masses to drive thoughts, feelings, dreams and desires of more people, of those people who still live asleep, as automated by the system, programmed as robots. It does not suit them at all that we are thinking, critical, analytical, the more equal we are the better. One of the solutions to this conflict that modern life offers us is spontaneous research. Esta inquietud sobre la autonomía corpórea, comienza con un conflicto referente al obsoleto sistema educativo tradicional, en el que nos vemos forzados a reaccionar y relacionarnos como autómatas, con ideas arcaicas y colonizadas, que nos predispone a la mayoría, en una estructura mental, y a su vez en una corporal y el espíritu ni hablar ese no cuenta estos lugares. Con mucha certeza puedo decir que no solo a la ecuación no le interesa que seamos libres-conscientes, también a la medicina tradicional, la farmacia, la iglesia, la moda. Industrias oscuras que detrás de sus disfrazados aportes al mundo, influyen en las masas para conducir pensamientos, sentimientos, sueños y deseos de más personas, de esas personas que aún viven dormidas, como automatizadas por el sistema , programadas como Robots. No les conviene para nada que seamos pensantes, críticos, analíticos, entre más iguales seamos mejor. Una de las soluciones ante este conflicto que nos ofrece la vida moderna, es la investigación espontánea. Ir mas allá de los pensum académicos. Buscar comparten con escuelas alternativas donde se involucrando el aprender, con el vivir, en la toma libre de desiciones de lo que el estudiante quiere aprender, con aquello que le motiva. Por supuesto es un método es muy criticado por la educación tradicional. Lo que quiere permitirnos este método libre es la creatividad y creencia en nosotros mismos, para aprender a diseñar nuestras lineas de vida, no solo a seguir los patrones, si no también a cuestionarnos constantemente. Pero esto solo lo hacen los que somos mas rebeldes lo mas analíticos, que nos hacemos otras preguntas con respecto a la vida, la mente, el cuerpo, el espíritu, y nos imaginamos un futuro mejor, con verdadera Autonomía, no solo corporal, si no económica y alimentaria. Pero eso es un buen tema para los siguientes post. Ahora voy a hablarles un poco de mi ofició en el cual llevo casi 10 años de estudio, práctica, compromiso, actualmente desarrollo un programa de técnicas de entrenamiento y cuidados del cuerpo, enfocado en la búsqueda de las rutas más orgánicas del cuerpo, las biomecánicas más naturales, con el fin de desarrollar un cuerpo ecléctico con un movimiento transparente, ese que nos da miedo enseñar. **Y alguna vez te haz preguntado, por que hay tantas personas que les da un miedo profundo mostrar quienes son?** Estamos tan sumergidos en seguir patrones conductuales que nos suprimimos, nos invisualizamos, sin definir una personalidad real, sino la que esperan de ti, siempre existe esa influencia de algún agente externó, y más ahora en esta época digital, es más difícil saber quién eres, si no te haz respondido esa pregunta. Deslastrarse de estás dosis de vacunas mentales, no es fácil, pero jamás imposible, hay que romper con eso que nos encadenada, hábitos, conductas y estructuras, con todo lo que siempre nos bombardea, las redes sociales, las publicidades en las calles, la forma de diseño de nuestras sociedades, los alimentos que consumimos, entre otros aspectos. Romper con esta cadena, suena un tanto utópico en esta distopía que vivimos actualmente, sin embargo sostengo firmemente que nuestro mundo puede ser un lugar mejor, que somos seres valiosas, con verdadero propósito en este mundo, que podemos aportar a la luz , que podemos cambiar el ambiente con pequeños actos, que podemos ser libres en cuerpo, mente y espíritu, siempre y cuando trabajamos en conjunto de estos tres pilares de nuestro ser astrofísico. ------- **La autonomía comienza por una decisión de vida.
