Today I will tell you all the recipe for making potato pilaf. Rice made from potatoes and pepper is very tasty. And I make this rice in my own way.
My whole family loves this salty rice made from potatoes and peppers.
The method of making these rice is very simple. And if you follow my recipe, you too can make this rice at home very easily.
Palau is made in different ways in our area and I will try delicious food that is made in my home and city. Let me tell you

Today's recipe is called Potato Palau and Pepper.

It contains very simple ingredients that are easily found everywhere.
So let's move on to today's recipe which I hope you all will like very much.

Ingredients

  • potato
  • tomato
  • Pepper crushed
  • One tablespoon of red pepper
  • Onions
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Rice
  • Green chilli
    These are the ingredients we will use to make potato rice. And these ingredients are present in every home kitchen.

the method of preparation

The recipe is very simple and I write it step by step.

  • First soak the rice in water and add salt to the water in which it is being soaked.
    Salt will clean the rice.
  • Now grind the garlic as you can see in the picture. I am grinding
  • Finely chop onion, tomato, green pepper.
  • Now light the fire and keep this big pot.
  • Put oil in the pot and add onion.
  • When the onions turn red. Then add chopped potatoes, tomatoes and all the other peppers.
  • Fry the potatoes well.
  • When the potatoes are fried, add twice the weight of rice to them and when the water is hot, take out the rice from the water and put it in them.
  • When the rice water is dry, put it on the tail.
  • After steaming for 20 minutes, the rice is ready to eat

now potato are ready and now at this stage i will add water at this time, here one things keep in mind that i always repeat that always add water ,double quantity of the rice, if rice are 1 kg, then you will add 1 litter and 1/2 litter water, but you can reduce water level if your are going cook ,over 4 kg rice, in for kg rice you will add water 70% to 60% , hope you got idea of adding water in this rice time. become if you will not add good water then your rice can be lost taste and shape. so it is very much important that always use water according to rice quantity that you are going to cook them, so it is very much important for the rice

now added water and now i am going to put rice into the pot, and you can add barynai masla powder to increase the taste, so you can see i am adding rest of the ingredient into the rice at this time, paste of garlic, ginger, and also here you will add black paper too , so black paper are main ingredient of these rice

now cook the rice till the dry all water, when all water got dry, then keep the rice on steam, and rice should be on steam at least 20 mints as i mention in prepare method, so after 20 mints open the steam and your rice are ready for serve, here i show my rice that i cooked today, and i am sharing with you this food recipe here,
