Cuando de algo diferente se trata, de comer un producto del mar tan sabroso, delicioso y que combina con muchas recetas, les quiero presentar este almuerzo magistral; me decidí por preparar este suculento platillo, "Calamares en salsa acompañados con un puré de papas". ¡Espero les guste mi receta y preparación!, como siempre les deseo que tengan un buen provecho y que lo disfruten.

- 2 calamares, 1 ramita de perejil, 1 ramita de cebollín, 2 papas, 2 tomates pequeños maduros, 3 dientes de ajo, 1 ají dulce amarillo, 1 cucharadita de sal, 1/2 cucharadita de pimentón en polvo, 1 pizca de ajo en polvo, 1 pizca de cebolla en polvo.
- 2 squid, 1 sprig of parsley, 1 sprig of chives, 2 potatoes, 2 small ripe tomatoes, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 sweet pepper yellow, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of paprika powder, 1 pinch of garlic powder, 1 pinch of onion powder.

- Lavar y limpiar los calamares.
- Wash and clean the squid.
- Cortarlos en forma de aros.
- Cut them into rings.
- Rociarlos con sal, ajo picado y sofreír con un mínimo de aceite y reservamos.
- Sprinkle them with salt, minced garlic and fry with a minimum of oil and set aside.
- Cortar todos los aliños.
- Cut all dressings.
- Sofreír los aliños con una cucharadita de aceite.
- Fry the dressings with a teaspoon of oil.
- Licuar los aliños y colocarlos nuevamente en el sartén.
- Blend the dressings and place them back in the pan.
- Incorporamos los anillos de calamares y mezclamos.
- Add the squid rings and mix.
- Agregar sal y los condimentos.

- Mezclamos nuevamente y terminamos de hacer los calamares.

- Lavar y pelar las papas.
- Wash and peel the potatoes.
- Cortamos en trozos pequeños y llevamos al fuego.
- Cut into small pieces and put on the fire.
- Cuando estén blandas hacer un puré.

- Añadimos perejil picadito al puré.
- Add minced parsley to the puree.
- ¡Servimos y disfrutamos, junto a los calamares en salsa!.
