It is less expensive and very easy to do.
Ingredientes:
1 Litro de leche entera
1 Taza de Azúcar
1 Cucharadita de Soda en polvo
1 Cucharadita de Vainilla (opcional)
Ingredients:
1 liter of whole milk
1 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of Soda powder
1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
Procedimiento:
Primeramente realizamos un caramelo, para ello agregamos en una olla de acero o la que gustes que no se pegue el azúcar y le agregamos un chorrito de agua, lo colocamos en la hornilla a llama baja, esperamos a que se vuelva un almíbar de color marrón en este caso lo deje clarito porque no me gusta tan oscuro. Usé media taza de azúcar.
Procedure:
