How to Make Pizza, at Home πŸ•

Around once a week, at our place, it’s pizza night :)

My job is to assemble the ingredients and prep the kitchen: chopping and dicing.

So, I grate the cheese we have and slice some green peppers and onions, while allowing the dough to get to room temperature. I happened to have picked up some Greek spices, recently, but you can use what you prefer.

Then, my wife shows up and does her magic πŸͺ„

Kneeding the dough and spreading it, evenly, into the shape of our pie (using some flour makes it less sticky).

As she applies the tomato sauce, with the back of a spoon, I preheat the oven to 410 degrees.

Now, we sprinkle our toppings on. We’re both garlic lovers, so tend to include that, and kale or broccoli if we have them β€” our pizzas, more often than not, are vegetarian :)

Next and final step is to pop the pie into the oven and let it bake for around 20 minutes (depending on the size, of course) while checking up on it, from time to time.

I won’t tell you how to eat it β€” I think you can figure that out πŸ™ƒ

If you have any extra vegetables, why not roast them β€” Brussel sprouts are delicious that way!
