Recreating A Hiver's Hot Spicy Italian Pasta

Two days ago I was scrolling my feed and came across @dante31's custom Italian pasta. It looked so beautiful and delicious, I knew I had to try it even when I'm not much of a pasta fan.

I had most of the ingredients already and only had to get the pasta. I didn't get the exact brand of pasta Dante used but the one I got was close enough.

Here's a list of my ingredients;

Pasta
Sausage
Dark soy sauce
Ground ginger
Turmeric
Dry thyme
Salt
Seasoning
Chili powder
Cayenne pepper
Cameroon pepper
Red pepper blend
Green pepper
Onion
Carrot
Cabbage
Beetroot
Oil

There's a slight difference in my list of ingredients like using Chili powder in place of Chili sauce, added red pepper blend and substituting Cameroon pepper for black pepper.

The Process

I basically followed the same cooking procedure. First, I chopped all of the veggies and laid out my Spices.

In a bowl, I added 1¼ tsp of each spice, pepper, and also the dark soy sauce.

I then heated up little oil in a pot and poured in my chopped onion, green pepper and sausage. I stir-fried a few minutes and the aroma was amazing.

Next to go into the pot were the cabbage and carrot. I let that simmer a bit before adding my spice mix.

All this while I had my pasta cooked and had drained it. I then added the pasta to the mix, added little water and stirred everything in to get the juices everywhere. It cooked for another 4 minutes or so and it was ready.

I made coleslaw from cabbage, carrot, beetroot and mayo to serve alongside the pasta, not forgetting fried beef.

This meal was enjoyable because it's different from the regular spaghetti pasta I'm used to and has a different taste altogether.

Thanks to @dante31 for sharing his recipe.
