Hoy me complace en presentar una receta de unos pimentones rellenos con arroz y carne al horno, la cual es una manera de consumir de forma diferente este vegetal, ya que el pimentón es rico en fósforo y magnesio, potasio, calcio y vitaminas C, E, A, B1, B2, B3, B6. Es rápido de hacer y delicioso.

Primero hacemos el arroz a nuestro gusto, yo lo puse aliñado con ajo, cebolla y ají.
First we make the rice to our taste, I put it seasoned with garlic, onion and chili.
Then wash the peppers very well, chop the top part of the peppers and remove the seeds, and run the peppers under hot water.
It is time to stuff the peppers, I add a layer of rice and then a layer of meat, and on top I add grated cheese, and then bake in the oven for half an hour.
Ready to serve the stuffed peppers, served with rice. Nothing better than enjoying one of your favorite meals, and if it is in the company of important and special people, it is super.
