Today I will make tempe mendoan, but I will fry it dry, my son likes tempe mendoan but fried dry.The way to make tempe mendoan is that we provide the main ingredients:

4 pieces of tempe
10 tablespoons of flour
enough water
enough cooking oil

garlic 5 cloves
coriander one spoon
candlenut 3 grains
red chilies 3 pieces
green chilies 10 pieces (to taste)
pepper to taste

turmeric 1 segment

How to cook it:
The first step : wash the garlic, candlenut, turmeric, coriander,red chilies.
then puree all ingredients and add salt.

The fourth step: cut the tempe into several pieces, not too thick, cut at an angle to make it easier to fry.

The fifth step : mix the pieces of tempe into the seasoned flour, add the sliced ​​pieces of green chili to the pieces of tempe while frying.
