¡Hola abejas! Estoy muy emocionada de mostrarles esta receta porque es muy fácil y a la vez muy sabrosa, esta puede ser la base de otras recetas, puedes cambiar los rellenos o agregar diferentes sabores y texturas a esta.

Note: in the ingredients you will see a cup of water, you probably won't need that, it depends on the butter, I needed like a tablespoon, less is better. I used grated hard cheese, you can get the cheese you want and add milk to the filling for a more flan-ish texture.

Nota: en los ingredientes verás una taza de agua, probablemente no la necesites, depende de la mantequilla, yo necesité como una cucharada, menos es mejor. Yo utilicé queso duro rallado, puedes conseguir el queso que quieras y añadir leche al relleno para conseguir una textura más parecida a la del flan.
