Ingredients:
- 1 Mango
- 120g flour
- 1 chicken egg
- Butter
- Yogurt
Let's get started
- Step 1: add eggs, flour, butter and water in a bowl then stir them well and smooth
- Step 2: Chop the mango into square pieces
Step 3: Heat the pan, pour a thin layer of flour evenly around the pan. Then flip gently to cook both sides
Step 4: On top of the cooked cake, put yogurt and cut mango on top
- Step 5: Fold the 2 ends and roll the cake into a rectangle. Then put it in the freezer for 30 minutes
Mango sauce is cooked in a pan with ripe mango and sugar. Mango crepes are delicious when combined with this syrup!
