Fruits and Nuts Crumble For Today's Breakfast

Here's a super easy , healthy and yummyyy Fruits and Nuts Crumble breakfast for the day.


Recipe

  • Fruits : Chopped papaya, banana and apple (you can take some pineapple, chikkoo, mango etc as well)

  • Some roasted oats flour (roast rolled oats and grind )

  • Roasted desiccated coconut

  • Powdered jaggery

  • Almond powder (roast about 10 almonds and then grind them)

  • Cinnamon powder


Method

  • Preheat oven at 160°C for about 15 mins
  • Spread the fruits on the baking dish
  • Mix thoroughly the other dry ingredients together adding a little coconut oil and spread them on top of the fruits mixture
  • Bake at 160°C for 20 to 25 mins

I have served them with some coconut ice cream on top you can have it with some vanilla ice cream too. It tastes absolutely yummm 💕
