Hola Hivers! Como han estado? Espero que muy bien, yo estoy excelente gracias a Dios feliz de poder compartir con ustedes esta experiencia la cual no pensé tener jamás jajaja, digo, el sushi era algo que no tenía en mente comer ya que tengo amistades que dicen que su sabor es horrendo y otras que dicen que es lo mas rico del mundo y que si pudieran solo comerían sushi el resto de sus vidas, hace unos meses me mude de mi hogar con mi pareja y el tenía en mente salir a comer sushi aun sabiendo que había una posibilidad de que no me gustara
En fin tomamos la decisión de salir una linda noche y comer sushi! No les voy a mentir estaba muy pero muy nerviosa por como iba a reaccionar cuando probara mi primer bocado, aquí les cuento cuales fueron mis impresiones y como termino mi noche, los invito a seguir leyendo!

I hope very well, I am excellent thank God happy to be able to share with you this experience which I never thought I would have hahaha, I mean, sushi was something that I didn't have in mind to eat because I have friends who say that its taste is horrible and others who say that it is the best thing in the world and that if they could they would only eat sushi the rest of their lives, a few months ago I moved from my home with my partner and he had in mind to go out to eat sushi even knowing that there was a possibility that I wouldn't like it. Anyway we decided to go out for a nice night and eat sushi! I'm not going to lie I was very, very nervous about how I was going to react when I tasted my first bite, here I tell you what my impressions were and how my night ended, I invite you to read on!
Cuando llego el sushi no lo podía creer, en serio estaba yo a punto de comer algo que me daba temor probar? Su aspecto me gusto bastante, la decoracion del platillo era sencilla pero muy elegante, por un lado estaba el " tiger roll sushi " hecho de camarón en tempura, cangrejo, aguacate, salsa agridulce de unagi, arroz y el alga, por otro lado estaba un sushi tradicional del restaurant, con arroz, langostino, huevas Tobiko y tomate.
When the sushi arrived I couldn't believe it, was I really about to eat something I was afraid to try? I liked its appearance, the decoration of the dish was simple but very elegant, on one side was the "tiger roll sushi" made of tempura shrimp, crab, avocado, sweet and sour unagi sauce, rice and seaweed, on the other side was a traditional sushi of the restaurant, with rice, prawns, Tobiko roe and tomato.
Este es el famoso " tiger roll sushi " el cual se podría decir que es un platillo estrella, tiene camarón en tempura, cangrejo, aguacate, alga y salsa agridulce, cuando lo probé me comenzó a agradar su sabor pero lastimosamente no e termino de gustar, creo que se debe a que todo es prácticamente crudo en este sushi y no estoy acostumbrada a eso pero fue bueno probarlo.
This is the famous "tiger roll sushi" which you could say is a star dish, it has tempura shrimp, crab, avocado, seaweed and sweet and sour sauce, when I tried it I started to like its taste but unfortunately I didn't end up liking it, I think it's because everything is practically raw in this sushi and I'm not used to that but it was good to try it.
Este segundo platillo de sushi era el tradicional del restaurant el cual llevaba arroz, alga, langostino, huevas tobiko y algo de tomate, de hecho le iban a agregar aguacate pero mi pareja dijo que no lo cual fue una excelente elección ya que me enamore de este sushi jaja, su sabor agridulce, lo suave y fuerte que llega a ser al probarlo es divino, la mayoría de los ingredientes en este sushi están cocidos y bueno pude degustarlo cómodamente.
This second sushi dish was the traditional one from the restaurant which had rice, seaweed, prawns, tobiko roe and some tomato, in fact, they were going to add avocado but my partner said no which was an excellent choice as I fell in love with this sushi haha, its sweet and sour taste, how soft and strong it becomes when you taste it is divine, most of the ingredients in this sushi are cooked and well I was able to taste it comfortably.
Estoy contenta de haber dado este primer paso a mis 21 años de edad y probar nuevas cosas, en este caso el sushi no es tan malo, mas bien es cuestion de gustos pues a mi me gusto un poco mas cocido, a mi pareja le encanta comerlo completamente crudo, esta noche termino muy bien para mi, espero que hayan disfrutado de este post!
