Hola mis amores, espero se encuentren muy bien, lamento la ausencia pero tuve problemas de salud, pero ya me encuentro mucho mejor, estoy de vuelta para compartir con ustedes otra receta muy sencilla de hacer, en esta oportunidad les enseño como preparar helado cremoso de chocolate con galletas, muy rápido de preparar.
Hello my loves, I hope you are very well, I am sorry for the absence but I had health problems, but I am already feeling much better, I am back to share with you another very simple recipe to make, this time I will teach you how to prepare creamy ice cream from chocolate with cookies, very quick to prepare.
INGREDIENTES:
200ML Crema de leche para postres bien fria.
150ml leche condensada
1crda de chocolate en polvo
un paquete de 8 galletas.
INGREDIENTS:

150ml condensed milk
1 tbsp of chocolate powder
a package of 8 cookies.
PREPARACION:

Iniciamos agregando nuestra crema de leche en un recipiente y la batimos bien hasta espesar.
We start by adding our milk cream in a container and beat it well until it thickens.
Luego de tener nuestra crema de leche muy espesa, le agregamos la leche condensada, batimos bien hasta que espese mas.
After having our very thick milk cream, we add the condensed milk, beat well until it thickens more.
Seguidamente despues de batir bien, agregamos la cucharada de chocolate,vamos integrando, después añadimos las galletas trituradas y mezclamos con una paleta para que se integren bien.
Then after beating well, we add the tablespoon of chocolate, we integrate, then we add the crushed cookies and mix with a paddle so that they integrate well.
Finalmente agregamos en un recipiente y lo llevamos al congelador por 6 horas, hasta que la mezcla se haya congelado completamente y listo se prepara para servir y degustar.
Finally we add in a container and we take it to the freezer for 6 hours, until the mixture has completely frozen and ready to serve and taste.
