Hello Hive friends 😊 Today I come to show you one of my favorite typical Bulgarian breakfast. I hope you like it 😊
Productos necesarios:
√ medio trozo de levadura fresca
√ 250 gr queso feta
√ 700 gr harina
√ 1 huevo
√ 1 cuchara sal
Products needed:
√ half a piece of fresh yeast.
√ 250 gr feta cheese
√ 700 gr flour
√ 1 egg
√ 1 teaspoon of salt
Modo de preparación:
Sacamos la levadura 10 minutos antes de empezar.Como no voy hacer muchos la partimos en 2 y la mitad la ponemos en un bol con agua caliente y la dejamos.
How to prepare:
We take out the yeast 10 minutes before starting.As I am not going to make many we split it in 2 and half put it in a bowl with warm water and leave it.
En otro bol ponemos harina y añadimos una cuchara de sal y el huevo.
In another bowl put flour and add a spoonful of salt and the egg.
Cogemos el bol con la levadura y la empezamos a machacar para que se deshaga.Y añadimos la mezcla con la harina y los otros productos.
We take the bowl with the yeast and we start to crush it so that it breaks up and we add the mixture with the flour and the other products.
Mezclamos bien y añadimos más harina.
Mix well and add more flour.
Seguimos mezclando hasta y añadiendo harina hasta que tengamos una masa.Despues ponemos harina en la mesa y ponemos la masa y empezamos a amasar.
We continue mixing and adding flour until we have a dough, then we put flour on the table and we put the dough and we start to knead it.
Cuando la masa esta lista la tapamos con 2 toallas y la dejamos 30 min.
When the dough is ready we cover it with 2 towels and leave it for 30 min.
Media hora más tarde nuestra masa esta lista. En un bol ponemos aceite de girasol y ponemos la masa dentro y por ensima ponemos otra vez aceite.
Half an hour later our dough is ready. In a bowl we put sunflower oil and we put the dough inside and on top we put oil again.
Cogemos de la masa bolas más o menos como en la imagen si la queréis más grande cogeis más masa.
We take from the dough balls more or less as in the image if you want it bigger take more dough.
Y empezamos a estirar la masa hasta que nos gusta. Si no os gusta el queso feta las podéis dejar asà y las freimos asÃ.
And we begin to stretch the dough until we like it. If you don't like feta cheese you can leave them like this and fry them like this.
Sacáis el queso feta de su salsa antes para que no esté lleno de agua.
Take the feta cheese out of its sauce first so that it is not full of water.
Cogemos un poco de queso y lo machacamos y lo ponemos encima. Después cerramos las dos partes y en los bordes apretamos bien.
Take some cheese and crush it and put it on top. Then we close the two parts and press the edges well.
Y asà hacemos hasta que se termine la masa.
And so we do until the dough is finished.
Ponemos la sartén en el fuego y esperamos que el aceite se calienta un poco y las ponemos dentro.
Put the frying pan on the fire and wait for the oil to heat up a little and put them inside.
Freimos hasta que están doradas.Y listo 👌👌👌 Un desayuno delicioso y riquÃsimo 🤤☺🥰
