Ingredients

400 grams kochu leaves
200 grams fry shrimp fish
5 pieces raw green chilli
2 tables spoons salt
2 tables spoons tumaric
1 piece garlic
2 piece onion
4 gram five condiments
30 grams mustard oil
Water as needed

Step 1

Firstly I collected this kachu leaves from my vegetable garden and then cut the kachu leaves into small pieces with a fork. Then I washed kochu leaves with fresh water.

Now I chopped raw chilli, onion and garlic and chop with a fork.

I put the pan on our clay oven. I heated pan sometimes . Then I provided mustard oil in pan.. I fried these ingredients with mustard oil, onion, garlic and five forks.

I fried the kachu leaves in onion and garlic. Then I gave turmeric, salt and raw chilli. This time I fried the kachu leaves for 7-8 minutes.

After frying kachu leaves for some time, I mixed the fried shrimp with the fried kachu leaves. Then I fried kachu leaves for 14-15 minutes. Thus I cooked delicious kachu leaves with shrimp fish.
