Thai Stir Fried Beef with Basil and Chili 🇹🇭

🇹🇭 Today I'll show you how to cook Thai Stir Fried Beef with Basil and Chili served with Steamed Rice and Fried Egg.
This dish is so simple, quick and easy to cook. It's not combine many ingredient and taste great.
 

Preparation Time ⏳

It's take around 30 minutes to complete.

Ingredient

  • 1 piece of Beef Striplion (slide)
  • 4 clove of garlics
  • 1/2 cup of Thai basil leaves
  • 12 chili
  • 1 teaspoon of light soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of seasoning sauce
  • 3-4 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 1 cup of steamed rice
  • 1 egg

Optional for Thai Classic Chili Fish sauce as dipping sauce.

  • 1 chili (slide)
  • 1 garlic (slide)
  • 1 teaspoon of fish sauce

First cooking rice which I use the cooking rice machine 🍚

  • 1 cup of jasmine rice
  • 1 cup of water
     

Instruction

  • Rinse the rice under running water for 2 times.
  • Combine rice and water then place it in to the rice cooker.
  • Turn on the rice cooker.
  • Its's take around 15 minutes for my Rice Cooker (1.5 liters) which it's perfect for 1 portion.

How to make Thai Stir Fried Beef with Basil and Chili 🌶

 

Instruction

  • Pounding Chili and garlic in the mortar.
    ( I also grow the chili and Thai basil by myself 😆)

  • Heat the wok over high heat and add the oil.

  • Place the egg to extremely hot oil and smoke start until edges of the egg is crispy and do not turn egg over.

  • use leftover oil from fried egg.
  • Heat the wok and place the chili and garlic to hot oil and stir them well until garlic turn to yellow.
  • Add the slide of beef striplion and mixed them quickly until beef turn to cook.
  • Then add all sauces and stir fry for few seconds and then put in the Thai basil until wilted.

Final Steps

  • Then served them with steamed rice and fried egg.

🇹🇭 Thai basil beef is best served with Thai Classic Chili Fish sauce as dipping sauce.
