One of my favorite things is to travel And Korea is one of my favorite destination but unfortunately I can not do it right now because of world pandemic π₯
π°π· Especially I missed Korean food and Specifically I wanted Korean Bonchon Chicken Style so I will try to bring them to my dining table todayπ

π°π· This dish is crunchy, crispy and easy to cook.

Preparation Time β³
It's take around 30 minutes to complete.
Β
Ingredient
- 6 Chicken Wings
- 2 tablespoon of Korean Chili Paste
(1 tablespoon of Sriracha Sauce and 1 Tablespoon of Ketchup
mixed together is optional) - 1 tablespoon of Korean Chili Flake
(Any type of Chili Flake is optional) - 2 tablespoon of Fig Syrup (Corn Syrup is optional)
- 5 clove of garlics (finely ground)
- 1 Cup of Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 Cup of All Purposed Flour
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 Cup of Icy Cold Water

First cooking rice which I use jasmine rice this timeπ

Instruction
- Dry chicken wings before doing anything to them.
- Sprinkle with salt to the chicken wings.
- Toss the chicken wings into the flour.

- Add icy cold water and pinch of chili flake to leftover flour and mix them well.

- Pour the oil into a wok and set to medium heat.
Β

- Dip each chicken wing into the mixed of the flour then place each piece to the wok.

- Fry for 2 minute per side.
Β

-Transfer chicken wings to the rack and cool for 5 minutes.
Β
Β
- Heat the wok over high heat and fry the chicken until they turn to golden brown or just around 3 minutes
Β
- Move them to the rack again and rest for 3 minutes.
Β

- Mixing all of different sauce and garlic together and put into the microwave for 2 minutes with medium temperature around 400-500 W.

- Pour the prepared sauce to the chicken.

- cover the chicken well with the sauce.
Β

π°π· Serve them immediately.

π°π· Bonchon Style -Korean Spicy Sweet Garlic Chicken Wings is best served with steamed Japonica rice which I used steamed jasmine rice instead π

They are also great for the appetizers or late night snack too.π

πΊ And It's extremely perfect to have Bonchon Chicken Wings with the beer too.
