One of my favorite things is to travel And Korea is one of my favorite destination but unfortunately I can not do it right now because of world pandemic πŸ˜₯
πŸ‡°πŸ‡· Especially I missed Korean food and Specifically I wanted Korean Bonchon Chicken Style so I will try to bring them to my dining table todayπŸ—

πŸ‡°πŸ‡· This dish is crunchy, crispy and easy to cook.

Preparation Time ⏳

It's take around 30 minutes to complete.

Ingredient

  • 6 Chicken Wings
  • 2 tablespoon of Korean Chili Paste
    (1 tablespoon of Sriracha Sauce and 1 Tablespoon of Ketchup
    mixed together is optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of Korean Chili Flake
    (Any type of Chili Flake is optional)
  • 2 tablespoon of Fig Syrup (Corn Syrup is optional)
  • 5 clove of garlics (finely ground)
  • 1 Cup of Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 Cup of All Purposed Flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 Cup of Icy Cold Water

First cooking rice which I use jasmine rice this time🍚

Instruction

  • Dry chicken wings before doing anything to them.
  • Sprinkle with salt to the chicken wings.
  • Toss the chicken wings into the flour.

  • Add icy cold water and pinch of chili flake to leftover flour and mix them well.

  • Pour the oil into a wok and set to medium heat.

  • Dip each chicken wing into the mixed of the flour then place each piece to the wok.

  • Fry for 2 minute per side.

-Transfer chicken wings to the rack and cool for 5 minutes.

  • Heat the wok over high heat and fry the chicken until they turn to golden brown or just around 3 minutes

  • Move them to the rack again and rest for 3 minutes.

  • Mixing all of different sauce and garlic together and put into the microwave for 2 minutes with medium temperature around 400-500 W.
