On this day I am participating in a great contest by @ocd which consists of talking about our favorite food of our country in this community of #FoodiesBeeHive, I bring you a traditional Creole dish from my country Venezuela that has very few ingredients rich in protein and carbohydrates, many personan will see it as something insignificant but not for me, it is something that I can always prepare and is very traditional, stay to see the step by step.
Ingredientes:
- Platano.
- Pollo.
- Arroz blanco.

Step 1: Cut the chicken into small pieces for quick cooking. Then I add a dressing with salt, oregano and mustard for a better flavor.
Step 2: As for the rice we place it in a container without water only with a little oil to sauté it and so the rice is sultesito and good flavor.
