Hello community yesterday was the day to go home to my village to eat the so-called traditional Portuguese stew that is served every Friday in the restaurant in my land.
Many people go on Friday to eat this typical Portuguese dish on purpose.
The ingredients are pork and beef ear chuispe etc etc and accompanied with a nice Portuguese cabbage and a nice turnip with some peeled parts of a carrot and potatoes.
The accompaniment is still with grain and rice depending on how we like it better.
This food still takes some time to prepare, so I'll try to show you the recipe and it's widely used throughout the year but as it's a food called a little strong with many sausages, it's eaten much more in colder times of the year like autumn or winter.

Hola comunidad ayer fue el día de volver a casa a mi pueblo para comer el llamado guiso tradicional portugués que se sirve todos los viernes en el restaurante de mi tierra.
Mucha gente va el viernes a comer este plato típico portugués a propósito.
Los ingredientes son chuispe de orejas de cerdo y ternera, etc., y se acompañan con un buen repollo portugués y un buen nabo con algunas partes peladas de zanahoria y patatas.
El acompañamiento sigue siendo con cereales y arroz según nos guste más.
Esta comida todavía toma algo de tiempo para prepararse, así que intentaré mostrarte la receta y se usa mucho durante todo el año pero como es un alimento llamado un poco fuerte con muchas salchichas, se come mucho más en épocas más frías del año como otoño o invierno.
