Hace unos días atrás el calor estaba a reventar y por mas agua que tomábamos la sed no disminuía, mi hija y mi esposo me piden que les prepare algo rico y fresco; en ese momento solo se me ocurrió preparar una horchata, bebida fresca a base de arroz crudo y remojado pero en ese momento quise versionarlo y lo hice con arroz crudo y cocido; para ello utilize en la preparación:

🥛🍷🍾 Una taza de arroz
🥛🍷🍾 Azúcar al gusto
🥛🍷🍾 Esencia vegetal de colita
🥛🍷🍾 Leche en polvo, al gusto
🥛🍷🍾 Papelón, un pedacito

Preparación: la taza de arroz la puse en remojo con suficiente agua hasta cubrirla, al pasar media hora, este arroz y agua los coloqué en la licuadora y licue dejando todo el arroz bien molidito

My daughter and my husband asked me to prepare something delicious and fresh for them; At that moment, it only occurred to me to prepare an horchata, a fresh drink based on raw and soaked rice, but at that moment I wanted to make a version of it and I did it with raw and cooked rice; for this use in the preparation:

🥛🍷🍾 Sugar to taste
🥛🍷🍾 Vegetable essence of colita
🥛🍷🍾 Powdered milk, to taste
🥛🍷🍾 Papelón, a bit

Preparation: I soaked the cup of rice with enough water to cover it, after half an hour, this rice and water I placed in the blender and blended leaving all the rice well ground

Luego, esta mezcla la dividí en cuatro partes: una la dejé en la licuadora y le incorporé mas agua, azúcar y unas gotas de esencia vegetal de colita,otra parte le agregué leche y un poquito de melaza de papelón (que hice poniendo en cocción el papelón con un poquito de agua hasta espesar) y una horchata natural; la otra parte la puse en cocción hasta ablandar el arroz; a la primera la batí muy bien de nuevo hasta moler y moler,rectificamos azúcar al gusto, colocamos en una olla o envase y le agregamos suficiente hielo, servimos y disfrutamos su dulce y refrescante sabor

Servimos con hielo en tres versiones:Horchata sabor a cola,horchata sabor a papelón y horchata natural

We serve with ice in three versions: cola-flavored horchata, paper-flavored horchata and natural horchata

¡Horchata: bebida tradicional mexicana, bebida de Dioses!
La versión con el arroz cocido es tambien sencilla:se cocina muy bien el arroz hasta que ablande, se deja enfriar y se licúa nuevamente, se endulza al gusto, se le incorpora leche si se desea, la esencia de colita y yo tambien a esta le incorpore tres medidas (por el litro de liquido de arroz) de aguardiente claro, listo, una deliciosa bebida alcoholica espectacular, que podríamos llamarla horchata con licor.
